Today I had a positive experience at the Campbell store. It has been10 months since I last shopped there. Once I bought a router but returned it later. I couldnt locate the receipt in my purse. I asked the manager to give me a note stating my intention to return with date, time, & her signature. I was to look for the receipt and return with the item and the note as the proof I had intended to return in a timely manner. I later returned but she changed her mind. I just wanted a store credit because I was a regilar customer and donor too. Since I dont shop there as offen. I used to come in 2 times a week.

Of all the goodwills of Santa Clara valley, this one has the friendliest staff. What it lacks in merchandise, it more than makes up with respectful employees. Not the typical "surly attitude" at most of the local goodwill stores.

Goodwill isnt what it used to be. Slim pickings if youre on a treasure hunt. Lots of clothing and items donated by local stores that was dead stock.
