After reading some of these reviews, I really question wether some of these reviewers worked with the same Putnam Mazda Volvo that I have been doing business with for quite some time now. Ever since I bought my first Volvo from here in 92, I was so happy with the way I was treated and respected by the sales staff that Ive been drawn back ever since. As we all know, cars have their problems, thats just the nature of the beast. What really shows how much an auto dealer cares for its customers is how they handle the inevitable "car problem" from a recent customer, of which Putnam Mazda Volvo has handled far better than any dealer I have come across. I have bought 5 cars from this dealer and have recommended many of my friends to do the same and do not have one complaint to report. Its been a pleasure doing business with these kind, respectful and incredibly knowledgeable salespeople. I recommend any and all people considering to buy a car to go here. Also, my most recent purchase from here was a used Volvo s40 for my teenage daughter. Their used car selection is unparalleled! We spent most of the afternoon looking at what seemed to be an endless supply of quality used cars, something I didnt think was possible these days. BUYERS REJOICE!!! GREAT DEALER!!!

Brought my V50 in for 23k mile service and have to say that I had a really pleasurable experience. They had my loaner waiting for me, got me in and out in a timely fashion and had the car done early in the day. Plus on top of that they gave it a wash, even down to detailing the rims to get the brake dust out of the spokes. I will definitely use them for my next service, hopefully this wasnt a fluke.

Just bought a certified pre-owned Volvo, and the experience at Putnam was great. I had been to 5+ other (non-volvo) dealerships for test drives, and Dantes was far and away the most professional, knowledgeable and respectful salesperson I encountered in the process. I was there on Monday for a service. This is the best dealer I have ever been to. They provided a loaners car, They are give a toy to my little boy. The service they done is good so far (Keep my finger crossed. Volve 90 has some issues.) They followed up with a phone call and survey. I have to write a review because I feel I was treated very well.

if youve got a Miata, you know a well-kept car basically never needs service. my 96 (and a few others in its production year) had some edge case with a missing ODBII connector, and was mislisted in the California smog check databse. these guys knew the real facts and stood by me when i needed it. good crew.

My husband and I bought a car there early 2009 and Daryl was very patient in letting us drive several cars and negotiating a price we were comfortable with. They also provide good services when we went back regarding concerns and missing equipment for the used car.

Make sure you do a thorough exam of your car before driving off the lot. Im positive the hood of my car was damaged while being serviced, but they can claim ZERO responsibility since I only noticed right after leaving their lot.

The sales manager Sam pulled a deal as a check was being written. He was rude and unforgiving. The sales Jimmy worked hard to make the deal with me only to the his "sales manager" cancel it.
