Hey, we happened to stroll through this shopping mall during our last visit in June/July to LA. I had been to Burbank so many times, as we have family that lives there, but had never gone to this mall. Probably because I hate to shop. Anyway, went inside with a friend just to go somewhere for a few minutes and discovered what a nice mall it is! Beautiful interior; have no idea how many stores are inside, but it has a very cute childrens play area and a very cool Gelato vending machine... what?!? I had never seen one, but that is a GREAT CONCEPT. As long as it works and tastes great, of course... ; )

The place to go for just about anything. Macys, Bed Bath & Beyond, Sears, etc. etc. Not a "fancy" upscale mall, but some high points: * Lots of places to eat nearby, and THREE AMC movie theaters * PF Changs - lovely restaurant, great food, a bit pricey but worth it for a "treat" * Food Court - some good places to grab a quick meal - especially Sharkys Woodfired Mexican Grill Some major remodeling is scheduled, and some of it has started. The entire Downtown Burbank area is an up-and-coming interesting, sometimes quirky, place to hang out!

3 story mall situated in downtown Burbank with a lot of 1 off shops and a few big name brands. Its central to a slew of restraunts and mom & pop stores. The parking is a bit much. Even with a parking structure its packed on weekends around the holidays. The food court in the mall is on the smaller side but, what youd expect as far as variety. Its busy but not too busy and has a diverse selection of stores for most shopping needs. If youre in Burbank but dont wish to deal with the Galleria, its a decent place to visit.

The other day I visited this place and its been a year since Ive stopped by here and Im shocked to see a lot of stores are shutdown. I remember this town center had alot of nice stores and had many people flocking the mall but now it drastically change in just a year. In just a year this place mostly had the bottom stores cleared out and the top floors. Ive been to this town center since I was a kid but to see it loose a lot of business gets me sad. Hopefully this place doesnt end up closing down later on.

i went to return an item i bought from another zales store and was questioned like i did something wrong. Extremely Pushy and Rude. I used my insurance plan to size and was yelled at for not notifying them before.. like im suppose to know the info is not in the computer, and than charged $80.00 to size back which they dont tell you when you buy so be care.. i told them i didnt know about that and they didnt care, just continued with being rude but still got my refund minus $$$80.00$$$

Okay little mall. Doesnt have a great selection of stores like the Glendale Galleria or the Americana thats not to far away, but its great if the store you want is there and you want to avoid crowds as this mall is rarely packed. The mall is on the older side and you can tell from looking around that they havent done any renovations in some time. The shops down San Fernando are great and isnt much of a walk to visit them. There are lots of great places to eat as well.

Actualmente (mayo 2017) están remodelando el lugar , según el render que ví va a quedar muy moderno y va de acuerdo a lo ultimo en arquitectura para centros comerciales, por fin le quitarán ese aire ochentero o setentero

Definitely a gorgeous place to go to if you want to dine or shop. The architecture of the buildings gives it a very small town, quaint feel. Similar to Stars Hollow from Gilmore Girls. Despite its rustic charm, it is still very modern and has lots of shop fronts. You can get Starbucks and then go shopping at places such as Marshall’s and Target. There’s also a huge parking lot so you don’t have to worry about parking.

I remember this mall being built back in the early 90s. Its never really found its feet. Always dead areas, stores that come and go, the wonderful carousel is gone...theres really nothin goin on here that would make it stand out from anywhere else. Eventually, BTW, the Ikea is going to be closing and moving to a super massive new location down by San Fernando Rd. Will be interesting to see what happens then.

Grew up going to this mall since I was a kid. There is so much has to do, shop and eat. I can find just about anything you might need from the various different shops and vendors as well as different places to eat. Tons of parking all over the place and right at the center 3 floor.. Youll find a movie theater as well. I could see details hours just walking around and going to all the shops.

Ever since WalMart was finally allowed to enter the complex, its been a very useful conglomeration of retail shopping. With Best Buy, Michaels, WalMart, Target and Lowes, not to mention Wendys, Olive Garden, The Outback and Krispy Kreme, this has most everything youll need to get some good shopping done. Traffic is pretty bad, though, especially with the stop signs and parking lot construction.

Looking for a relatively small mall that has the main common stores that every other mall has? This is the place! It is usually quiet and has slight increase in hustle during the weekends and holidays, but its design and feel does not leave you feeling jolly. Great as a place to find what you are looking for quick, but as a hangout, better to go the next city over and visit the Galleria.

I had such a bad experience at Hot Topic. Dont go there. A specific employee named Frida was constantly on my back and didnt let me shop in peace. The other employees were nice and let me do my shopping but this didnt. If you want to do your shopping in peace at Hot Topic, I suggest you to not go to this specific one. I recommend Glendale, Northridge, and Topanga.

Pretty average mall. Just that its so small and there arent many major stores, only those that sell teenager junk and other crap. Therefore expect to get bored really easy. The AMC theater is small and only shows strange Indian movies besides one or two good movies. Glendale Galleria is a few minutes away by car so go there if you want more options.

Decent mall for quick shopping, but its definitely dated and has that sad feeling to it, as you get with most older malls that couldnt retain a high level of shoppers. A very limited theater in the top floor showing mostly unheard of movies but still $11+ per ticket, a small food court, and a few big brand stores. A few niche shops here as well.
