Mike (I think he is the Manager. If not, he should be.) and his staff are excellent. My 9-year-old son is a huge Zelda fan and peppers the staff with questions every time he is in the store. Yesterday, we were in and my son had tons of questions regarding Wind Waker. Mike was very friendly, spoke to my son on his level and offered solutions to the problems he was having. We like GameStop so much that this month we ended our membership to GameFly.

Bad service as a whole. The line to the counter apparently means you can keep browsing and then cut to the front when ever you want too. Best yet if you can take up 15 minutes of the guy at the counters time with as many dumb questions as possible and he wont take the easy $45 sale that was their first. At this point Id rather deal with ebay then buy locally if they customer service is this bad.

Rude! I dont remember the mans name but he got upset because I grabbed a empty box for FIFA 17 in order to purchase the game for xbox one(the copies are at the back desk). Not to mention some bimbo cut in front of me with no shame. I was close to throwing the game and leaving but I am in desperate need of FIFA. Would never come back and would rather wait on amazon than come to this place.

Asked for Diablo in those mystery minis and the manager was so sweet he took the time to guess which one he was. I bought it and opened it up in store, I was so excited to get him that I came back and bought three more large figurines in the Elder Scrolls collection

Didnt need to buy a game just needed to charge my phone, the guy there remembered me from when I used to go a lot and was super cool and understanding. Almost always great service and theres usually someone there who knows what their talking about.

Good place to buy, trade, and sell your games and gamesoles and gaming equipment like ps move and various others. They do not accept everything just some things I know the people there so the place is a friendly environment.

Get your nerd on at this place. These guys are all up to date on the latest and greatest. They are patient with my young son which I really appreciate.

Demo stations werent turned on. DIdnt have much of a Wii U selection. Not a fan of gamestops in general. They sell you used games claiming theyre new.
