We just had an amazing experience at the Southcenter Game Stop this weekend. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they have a great selection of product. Everyone at the store was warm and knowledgeable. We quickly found what we wanted, and checking out was a breeze. Thank you Kael and staff!!!!

Decent game selection. Staff helpful while we were in the store but when we got home and found one of the games we purchased wasnt in the case, we tried calling the store for over an hour. We are still trying. Still no answer. Very frustrating. Time to look for an upper management number.

Only current and recent releases exist here. You might be lucky and happen by one that is a rare find but they dont last long. I buy most of my stuff online so I dont feel like Im being judged for the games Im purchasing.
