Nate (pronounced nuh-tay) and Mark are amazing. They didnt just let us go for a phone and lose money; they took time to make sure we got everything we could for our money. Im sending anyone I can their way. EDIT: To anyone who shops with Verizon Wireless- DO NOT SHOP THE LICENSED RETAILER AT COFFEE AND HAGEMAN. They said they would mail off our rebate information for us, after helping us fill everything out to make our rebate a walk in the park. THE STORE MANAGER TOOK THE ENVELOPES AND PUT THEM IN THE "MAIL DRAWER" AND PROMISED IT WOULD GO OUT THAT NIGHT. When the rebate center said they never got it and we went back and spoke to the manager, she denied ever saying she would mail anything. Correct me if Im wrong, but isnt that basically fraud? I have resubmitted everything at least twice, and gotten responses to my emails, and yet they just told me nothing has been processed because they had "a different email on file". I only ever use the one email for Verizon. Im really at the end of my rope here. This time they said they have everything, and my rebate status will say "processing" in five days. In fourteen days Ill get an email regarding the visa cards theyre going to send. If that doesnt happen, there will be hell to pay. Meantime, the Better Business Bureau is going to hear from me about that particular store. Ive been a Verizon customer for almost ten years, and Ive never been so disappointed. I cant give zero stars. Would if I could.

i cannot tell you how much i loved this store and the two sales reps that assisted me - as soon as i walked into their store - told them my story and trouble of having sprint - they took over and gave me the best deals and plans for my budget. they gave me the best phones for myself and two boys. no complaints. even willing to stay late to finish up with me and make sure all my questions were answered - the next day i needed something else and when i walked into the store they remembered me and assisted me right away - anyways id highly recommend this store and verizon in general - thank you

Nate has been the most helpful young lady I have ever come across... we were having no luck getting the WiFi connected to our new phone.. she even came to our home to set it up for us.. and she did just that. We are seniors and not that savvy on all the dos and donts and Nate was most helpful and just lead the way for us. I feel I can go to your Verizion on Hageman and Coffee and ask any question and get help in a friendly way. We recently purchased a new phone and extended our Verizon service. The associates at the store have been very helpful with any and all questions we have had and have walked us through the learning process wonderfully. The manager even came to our home because we were unable to hookup to Wi-Fi and stuck with the problem until it was resolved. Above and beyond all of our expectations. We highly recommend this store.

I bought a used phone from craigslist and couldnt activated it. I started to get frustrated and the rep basically told me he couldnt help me. I called the tech support and gave the phone to the store rep to talk to the technical support. After talking with tech, they resolved the activation issue. I turns out the phone had been unlocked to use other carriers. He got it working with Verison again! I am happy!

Cant really review as I left as soon as I was told there would be a $25 transfer data charge. I was told by Verizon headquarters there would be no charge and they had never heard of such a thing. (Costco, where I bought the phone, said the same thing). I asked if I could use their Wi-Fi and they told me theirs was Secure. I could use it for a fee. Dont know if that was included in the $25. Seriously?

I had difficulty with my account not being able to use available data that was just paid for. After a couple of weeks trying to use their automated customer service and stopping by stores in my area nothing changed. On a road trip we stopped by this store where the assistant store manager was able to help in 15 minutes. Thanks Mark, way to get things done!

I bought a SD card yesterday to find out my wife bought one that same day for a lot less. I returned it the next day unopened and they still charged me a restocking fee and was never told about that even though there was fine print at the bottom of the receipt. I HAVE never got charged a restocking fee at the main branch which is now on California.

I bought a glass screen protector from here its under warranty I got it replaced once no problem I went today to get it replaced and they said no and they shouldnt have done it the first time so no this location is horrible and not helpful at all they dont honor their warranties they dont even deserve 1 star
