Im sure the other employees have better service. I went in one time in a hurry to buy shoes as a gift. We grabbed the shoes and went to pay. This was a slow day. There were some women in front of us who had already paid, but were asking questions. The cashiers (which unfortunately I didnt get her name) was really good at trying to satisfy these women. I am usually understanding when they are busy, but this girl, in the whole time we were standing there, did not acknowledge us at all. She didnt turn around and look at us at all. I would have been satisfied if she would have turned around and told us "Ill be right with you". But nothing. She could have also told the other girls, since they had already paid, "Can I get these other customers helped and then I can answer all your question". Or simple, call another cashier, to keep all customers satisfied. When she decided to get on the phone with the store in Turlock, I left the shoes in the counter and we walked out. Again, this was a day when hardly anybody was shopping. I went to the Turlock store on another day and it was a busy day. The girls there were very friendly and with a smile on their faces. They did exactly what a customer service representative should do to keep everyone satisfied. They acknowledge the customers in line turning often to tell us "Well be right with you" and finding ways to answer customer questions. Now, with these girls I wouldnt mind waiting for a while.

Love to shop here for shoes and great deals! However must I say that there is just one terrible worker who is racist to me! Her name Elena she just always ignores me as a guest, frequently have I shoped here, where other workers are nice except her who literally told me to get a new phone cause mine was cheap and couldnt load up a coupon! Again Elena wouldnt return my boots I had ordered online because I was mexican! Literally she said that to my daughter! Super rude! Only reason for returning was that they were broken when received! I had receipt and she wouldnt give a gift card either! I feel terrible walking into their store to see that lady always watching me as if im going to rob ! And when I ask her for service I literally get purposely ignored. And one day as i was about to buy shoes (I was in line to purchase them) in front of me was an american lady getting attended very sweaty by Elena and when she attends me, she rolls her eyes! I just feel terrible going to this store, Ive recently have had to drive to turlock to get better and nice service ! I dont ever buy from this store in person again because I feel terrible getting criticized by Elena (the worker) which I could even report! Overall they do carry great shoes but terrible employees.

I was shocked when my vans started to pull apart around the sole and the toe area of the shoe from basic use within a week as Ive gotten vans before and that have lasted years of vigorous use; After exchanging them the same had happened and I got suspicious. I did online research including scanning the barcode on the boxes and am pretty certain what were sold to me were fake. Very disappointed.

Great deals. Very nice clean and organized store. Super friendly employees. I wanted to stay and talk just because they were so nice. Wish I didnt live so far otherwise this would be my go to famous footwear!
