my visit to this particular Books-A-Million should be a disgrace to any Books-A-Million across the nation. This establishment runs an unfair dictatorship in which the words spoken by the staff in which they ask you to clear the aisles if you stand in one place for a short period of time. As a die heart book fan and enthusiast, this hit me right in the feels. So rude. So mich disgrace. Stay away unless you enjoy cruel punishments for minor actions.

Terrible experience. Dont go there. Pressure you to sign up for magazines at check out and lie to you about how your card isnt linked to the magazine company at all. Once you get the receipt it says that yes indeed your card is linked and wIll automatically renew. Cashier said she would take care of it, another lie. Just got a call saying they dont take care of it.

I didnt catch his name but the name in my receipt says Aaron from the coffee shop. I had a regular frappe but I wondered off looking at books so it sat and melted a little and tasted a little weird because it had melted. He offered to fix it or add more coffee to it. Very nice man and the selection of books is fantastic. Theres something for everyone here.

We saw this place while vacationing and couldnt help but stop. We havent seen a Books-A-Million in years! It was nice and spacious with a good selection. It seemed to be a family-friendly place, unlike the one we used to live near. The employees were friendly. Everything was organized well, making it easy to find things. It was a relaxing break.

They layout makes it cozy to browse but youre not let to your own devices in the least. The staff will help you find what youre needing even if it means guessing titles with you. Theres a few comfy chairs for you to sit and read in and some toys put out in childrens books to help keep them satisfied. Be sure to check out the bargain table.

Standard mega bookstore with coffee shop. Good selection of everything, with a few edgy titles to keep them the talk of the Bible belt. Friendly staff will help you find or order anything you need.
