I dropped two rental books off today. I was already prepared to pay a late fee because I was returning them late. I paid a $10 late fee for two books. So I basically paid a $21.76 late fee. The guy down from me who was also returning books didnt pay a late fee at all. I over heard the worker at the register say, "We are just going to act like you paid your late fee in cash". I didnt think that was fair at all. This guy had about 4 or more books he was returning. I had been purposely aware of my surroundings the whole time, just because I wanted to be sure he paid a late fee as well. However, I didnt bother to say anything because my card had already been ran when I heard the comment about him not having to pay.

As a transfer student, I was very unfamiliar with Conway when I first purchased from textbook brokers! The student staff greeted and welcomed me into the store as soon as I stepped in and instantly, I felt a warm connection to UCA and the Conway community. Not only that, but they deliver friendly and efficient customer service everytime! I refuse to buy my textbooks anywhere else because they offer the cheapest prices and allow me to rent the ones I need at the most reasonable prices! 10/10 would recommend to a friend or classmate .

Ive always had a good experience with Textbook Brokers. The staff is fast, friendly, and helpful, and the book prices are always (from what Ive seen) lower than what I could get from the campus bookstore. Overall Ive never had any issues with them, and theyve always helped me out when I needed to return or exchange a book, etc. Highly recommended!

I was able to get all my books with no problems at all. They knew the different books Professors and Instructors were using. My only gripe is when a professor submits a course pack, I wish it would be turned around quickly because I did not get it until after the course started.

textbook brokers rocks!!! i got all my textbooks online and stopped by the next day and they were all prepared in a bag for me! they also gave me a free t shirt, free koozie, and free headphones!! they have a ton of cute clothes now too which is a plus!!!:)

Textbook Brokers is the best place around to buy textbooks! Theyre the cheapest place to buy your books if you go to UCA! They get you rung up and checked out in a very timely manner plus theyre all really friendly people!
