A poor replacement for Hastings but I suppose its better then nothing at all. The store does not test products at all which means your very likely to buy a video game, CD, DVD or bluray that simply does not work so I hope you kept your receipt. They would rather just take a product and slap a eBay based price tag on it and shove it on the show floor then make sure the product actual works. Employees are generally unhelpful at best and goofing off with each other avoiding customers at worst. Depending on the day and whos working music will be maxed out over the aging sound system which will just make you want to leave immediately and the store is just unorganized even now after months of being opened. It feels like a warehouse or a very large pawn shop. If you shop here I suggest you shop new and stay away from the likely damaged used items.

Very poor management I placed and application with them on the 15th of december. I was then told my interview would be the next week. That was fine with me. I then came for my interview they had forgotten about it. when I could finally get a hold of a manager for my interview she took me and another person that they had forgotten about into the office. The manager did not know how to do a proper interview she didnt ask any questions. I ran the interview myself telling her my experience and qualifications for the job. It was like talking to a tree. I was a pervious District manager and the way this store and there management handles things is embarrassing. This store needs new management. I would not want to work for a company that doesnt train there managers and has no idea how there management runs there stores

Definitely has a variety of items (new & used) as far as books, movies, music, games, tablets, mp3s & phones. The board games & novelty items were cool. Just need filler stuff, felt like lots of plain empty space. Love the old system games & controllers that are available. Would like to have seen the gaming systems i.e. atari, segas & old nintendos. The staff was helpful & friendly

The store doesnt have the flash and draw that Hastings did. I would say if you need books go to Books A Million. If you need a DVD/Blu-ray go to Best Buy. Need a video game then go to GameStop. I know its hard to start a new business but until they can get something that makes them unique there are other stores that sell what they do and sell it better as well.

Everytime I walk in I see the employees just goofing around throwing stuff at eachother being completely unprofessional and are unprepared to give any help at all when I was asking about a game system. They also ask waaay too much for game systems and video games that would be much cheaper elsewhere. Honestly just unorganized all together.

Some things are overpriced, others seems fairly priced. They have some cool stuff like swords and anime, movies and video games of course. They take books as well and give you cash or store credit. The staff is friendly and courteous

Prices are too high. Their inventory is large, but pretty limited in scope. To top it off, they were playing music in the store that was offensive and way too loud. I wont be going back.

Thry have lots of books, games and movies. I found a lot of older titles on blu-ray and I enjoyed that. I didnt know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised and will be going back.

They took over Hastings after it went out of business. Its almost as if Hastings never left. Also: Cheaper books. More used game systems. Cheaper movies. Used phones & MP3 players
