I wish I could leave a rating with no stars. I have been in this store quite a few times, the first time I went in there was with my 9 month old daughter, they do not have any child carts so I had to hold my daughter the whole time I was there and I also had to walk around the store several times to find a cashier and the ones you do find are talking very loud about their personal problems. They always have a horrible selection of infant clothes but the last time I went in their was the worst. Their air only works in the front half of their store and had arms full of clothes walked to the juniors section no cashier, bedding section no cashier, mens, toddler, and jewlery section no cashier! I walked back to the juniors section and their was one lady on the other side of the register folding clothes I stood their for a couple min. staring at her and she looked up seen me and went back to folding clothes I sat all my stuff down and walked off. I will NEVER spend my money in this store again!

I came in on December 27, 2016 at 3:30 to purchase some cologne for my husband. I quickly found what I wanted, but stood at the glass case for about 20 minutes and not one single employee even looked my direction. They were not busy, either. The lady at the jewelry counter beside me was looking at her phone the whole time. She immediately helped an older gentleman who walked up about 10 minutes after I did, and as soon as she finished with him, she went back to her phone. I finally walked over to her and asked if she knew someone that could help me, and she treated me as if I were a nuisance. Her tone was rude, and she never spoke to me or even looked at me, other than to ask if I knew what I wanted and to tell me my total. She was extremely unfriendly, and I thought about walking out without purchasing anything. The woman who so unhelpfully "helped" me was working at the Conway, Arkansas store at the jewelry counter on December 27th, 2016, at about 3:30 p.m.

This store does not have what you typically would find at a regular Belk. This seems like a condensed version store. They dont carry Nautica, which all the Belks Ive been to previously do, and they also dont carry Fossil. Ive had to go to the Little Rock store each time for things that Ive needed.

Friendly associates; great prices with coupons. Love the fact that they always have the current coupons at the check out tables, in the event that you forget to bring yours to the store!

Dont even try to use 1 of their hundreds of coupons. Never been able to use 1 yet. They always claim they dont cover that item, no matter what.
