I purchased a Coach purse so I thought. It was in the GLASS case, I shared with the two that were behind the counter that I had seen MANY knocks offs. They said" this is a real Coach purse. I didnt have my glasses with me. I purchased the purse. I live in Gold Canyon, I was on my way back from taking my mom to a doctors appointment. She lives in Phoenix and she wanted to stop at this store. II brought the purse home and found that it was a knock off. I will be taking it back this week. Hopefully, they will do the right thing.

I was here yesterday and they have some cool items here in a smaller and more comfortable setting than Goodwill for sure. Its for a great cause. Only thing I think they should change is the set up of the store and the way furniture and items are arranged. Being that the place is small I was scared to knock things over or to stub my toe on a table. Also the staff is great but a couple of them are very slow and even hard of hearing.

This place is overtly racist. I am in the parking lot writing this because I couldnt believe my experience. I was hardly greeted..but the white lady who walked in behind me got an earful about the specials..and information about the warehouse store in the back.. I was flabbergasted. I tried to ask questions about the info as well but was rebuffed. Painfully obvious that people of color ARE NOT WELCOME here. Disappointing.

Best thrift shop in Phoenix. Its all volunteer run and proceeds support hospice of the valley. Prices are great and they always have sales to keep moving items through the boutique. Ive bought at least a dozen things there, small and large, and everyone is always super helpful and friendly.

I had a very uncomfortable experience here. A volunteer by the name of Sheryl, told me to get out of the store with my purchased item. Afterwards, we called the manager, and he told us that what is he supposed to do about it! I love this store and its items, but its staff is a no no.

For Donations in the back warehouse, I offered $75 for a 32in tv they had marked for $100, was told NO, for donations, they dont like to take a penny less.. Never will go back

The quality is exceptional and volunteers wonderful! We found some treasures and the fact the monies go to hospice and their families is awesome! We shall be back!

Worst thrift shop in town also highest prices i have ever seen in a thrift store giant waist of time i can get most of the shirts they sell new for the same price

Excellent prices here. Customer service is great. I got 13 shirts ( all very stylish) for the low low price of $7 ! Awesome.
