I bought a love seat and recliner. Went to the warehouse to pick up and they had the wrong recliner. Staff was good but were not able to get correct recliner. I went back to the store and staff was able to find recliner in another store and will get it delivered later this week. All this took at least an hour of my time. The manager called this morning an I asked what could be done for this activity. His only comments were he was selling at under cost and could do nothing. He never asked what I would like. Seems like customer service is lacking and they are only concerned with selling

Thoroughly enjoyed working with sales person Lisa A. She is very knowledgeable, relatable, helpful and personable. She was available for any questions but never hovered. The products at la z boy are top quality. Ive purchased several pieces of la z boy over the past 12 years and still have them in my home. I look forward to seeing my new sectional in my home soon!

My wife and I had been looking for a more modern sofa and we knew from our experience with La-Z-Boy that they would have a great selection. We bought two sofas and the service was excellent. Our sales person was so knowledgeable and a real pleasure to work with. They have quality products that are priced just right. We highly recommended them.

Pretty High quality furniture but terrible value. Sales people are well trained to be heavy on the buzz words and try hard to convince you of their superiority but the quality is not nearly as high as the price tag. Plenty good to find here if you can afford it but dont let the sales people decive you by using words you dont know.

We just bought our second roomful of furniture from Lazy Boy. So happy with everything, Bonnie was our sales person and she was Awesome! Little things I asked for like the wood on the legs of the sofa and chair match perfectly.She even picked out a matching Afghan for the sofa!!!! Thank you for our beautiful room!

Furniture appears nice, but it is overpriced, even onsale. Previous furniture purchased from this location in 2004 and later found it to be made with laminate and particle board Decided to buy some new accessories and have been waiting for about four weeks now.

We had ready good service while shopping for a new recliner. Most places would only sell you something to be delivered from a warehouse and here because we needed something that night they accommodated our needs, for that i am thankful.
