We just bought a $2400 chandelier from Osmond design today. I went in this morning and the manager and another employee were totally unfriendly and made me feel like I shouldnt be in the store. In the meantime I found a chandelier I loved which they were holding for me, with the understanding that my husband would pay for it and pick it up alittle later. When he got there they had sold it to someone else. My husband then picked out a different chandelier and they put it in a tiny box (FYI this fixture is giant) with pieces that had fallen off stuck in the bottom and sent him out the door. Needless to say we both had a bad experience there. * they told my husband that we may have a one-year warranty and we may be able to return it if there is a problem.

I love this place! It’s so nice to be able to walk into a furniture store and not be immediately accosted by salespeople trying to get you on their commission. The staff was very helpful and patient as we tried to find the right couch for our new home, and they were ready and willing to give advice with the colors and texture and stuff. Overall it was a great experience, and we love our new couch! I will definitely be coming here again the next time I need some new furniture.

Osmond designs have some of the bettter furniture designs around i just got through selling my house and the type of furnishings that they have here are great for decorating your house for your self or for selling your home If you havent been inside the store to see the different types of chairs couchs and home furnishings you are missing some great items to decorate your house . I would high recomend osmond designs to anyone to look and come by to see what they have here .

Love Osmond Design! When we built our new home they were my go to store! I bought couches, Chairs, accessories. Sooo affordable!!! Even though Im basically finished decorating. I still cant resist going in regularly for fun ideas to see if there is something I cant live without!

Picked out a rocker to try here. Came in with the intent to buy, but was hardly acknowledged by anyone in the store and treated like an idiot. Never going back, even if they do have good furniture. Found and bought they same piece at Hutchs Home Furnishings in Lehi.

I was at the back of the store when the clock hit 7:00 pm. They turned off all the lights and made me and my baby wander out in the dark. Just give me two minutes to get out with the lights on and turn the music off instead please. Spaz!! I wont be going back.

Beautiful furniture, but both times (a year apart) I have been in this store not one employee acknowledges me or asks if I need any help. Its unfortunate because Id love to buy furniture here but not if the staff seem inconvenienced.
