This store is an outlet style, which is really great if you want a treasure hunt experience and care a lot about getting a great deal. I love this store, and the prices are wonderful! Sometimes you find really great stuff, but this is not a place for very impatient people, because just like all treasure hunt places, there are a million women with a bunch of kids running around in front of your cart most of the time. The customer service is so so. Sometimes you get a friendly cashier, sometimes you get one that seems to hate her job. Depends on who calls you up, but they are pretty fast, at least.

Their pricing structure isnt too spectacular. The "points" system wasnt explained very well to customers and employees seemed to not explain it correctly either. Similar thrift stores have much better prices than this one. The quality of merchandise has also declined. The merchandise is not sorted by sizes and instead is color coordinated which makes it extremely hard to find items in a specific size unless you go through the entire store. The price tags are also ridiculously hard to read - It seems like employees just scribble the pricing on them.

I only rated this 5 stars because it would get more attention. Employees are rude,unhelpful,and lazy. The sales floor is in no way in any kind of organization other than general sections as kids, womens,mens,and all of that is pretty well mixed up too. Poor selection, and if they stocked 32,000 new items as advertised,theyre lying their asses off. I was afraid to touch any of the blankets or other linen for fear of bed bugs. Nasty!

For all of you who keep saying the store is permanently closed .... I should just let you continue to believe that it is so that I have less people to compete with once the renovations are done. And, to the person who asked where the other locations are, this is the ONLY location in the metro phoenix area. They will be open September 20th at the very latest, if they arent already open, and THIS STORE IS FREAKING AWESOME!!

This place is a dump!! Poor customer service & let me tell you if the girl behind the register doesnt know how to count your change back to you right. What she doing running the register. Falling asleep basically on the job. All she keep doing was yawning.. Your better off going to the goodwill instead of this place! I rather spend a few more dollars somewhere else then coming back to this place!!! Sorry but not sorry

The Spanish girl with the two toned hair was rude, snapped at me when I asked her if she was opening a register, then she took another Spanish lady and started being rude to me. The worst was her manager was not there at the start of this incident, and got nasty too. Only a lady named Stephenie was helpful, courteous and a bright ligh. Stephenie should be the Manager.

This place has a really good selection of name brand clothing and they have an excellent customer rewards program. I didnt go for myself, but I saw a good bit of deals. The store was clean and didnt smell like a bunch of the other places Ive been to.
