Very friendly staff. but we werent given any options for lenses--just the ones the staff member recommended. I personally prefer to see all of my options before buying, but apparently they dont do that unless you ask? Problem is, its hard to ask to see options that you dont even know you have. I would suggest changing that policy/procedure in the future. Some customers might assume youre only recommending the lenses and options that make you the most money. Know what I mean? Its not hard to take a minute to show the customer all the options and prices for lenses and coatings, rather than just telling them about the one you recommend. With VSP insurance, my wife and I each got glasses and for two pairs of progressives it was $700. Seems a little steep, but most of that seemed to be the lens coating (must be where they make their money?). But something tells me this is just the way all optometrists do business. Its sad, but what can we as patients do? Do without glasses? So overall it was a good experience because the staff was friendly. But you certainly pay for it when you see the bill for your glasses.

Eye exam performed by Dr. Thuy Yath, was outstanding. She explained everything and was very thorough. When they looked for the eye frames they told me that Marchon did not make the Flexon frames any more, but I could see if someone had any on line and purchase them, bring them back and they would be happy to get the lenses for me. I did have frames for reading glasses and gave them to them to get a new set of lenses in. Three weeks later they called me and said I needed to talk to the manager. Wen i got there they said they lost the reading glasses frams that I had given them. I provided them with different frames and they re ordered the glasses which were fine. With this I was not willing to give them the new Marchon Autoflex frames that I bought from Flexon to make my new glasses, wondering if they would also loose them. At this time I will take my business elsewhere.

The doctor was very nice and professional. No complaints there. What was extremely irritating was the lack of communication throughout the entire visit. I was quoted one price over the phone and after the exam was done the price MORE then doubled. I argued the point with the manager that had given me the out of pocket price and she continued to tell me that she did in fact tell me that the price she quoted me was above the exam fee. This was NOT the way the conversation on the phone went. Now that the services were preformed I was forced to pay the amount that they claimed I was told about. I wouldve been much farther ahead paying for the exam out of my own pocket (not using my insurance benefits) through Walmart. I will never use there services nor recommend them to anyone.

I was a client years ago with the previous Dr. since inception in the early 80s. Although very pleased, I chose to seek an alternative eye care facility to modify cost and the Dr. was retiring. Although somewhat successful with my plan, I was disappointed with the new service I received. So recently I returned to this facility. End result, I am very satisfied with not only the service and care I received, also the friendly and professional attitude of the staff. I have been back for my pick up and an adjustment, i want to share with not only the Dr., the staff also was very professional and caring. As a patient of Dr. Jaffes since the late 1970s, this was my first visit since hed retired. Not knowing what to expect with the business under new ownership and staff, I was pleased with the professional competence and pleasant demeanor of Dr. Thuy Yath. Office staff employee Jennie B. and Office Manager Aracely Rodriguez pulled my entire experience together. These two ladies are very professional and an absolute asset to this particular business. I especially appreciate Aracelys willingness to work with me on my method of payment, which is something that will stick in my mind. To this end, Aracelys customer service skills are, without question, above reproach.

My experience with 20/20 Image Eye Center in Glendale AZ was pleasant. The staff was very professional and courteous. Dr Thy Yath was excellent and very thorough, and I loved the high tech Optomap Imaging system which was well worth the extra charge. The only reason I am giving only 4 stars is because I was a bit uneasy with the other equipments. I would have loved to see disposable protective papers on the chin rests and witness the equipment being sanitized prior to the exam. Also the high price of prescription glasses took me by surprise. I was quoted $700 for a pair of progressive glasses - after insurance coverage which was not affordable for me.

The staff is always friendly, but they have had to send my glasses back to the lab 3 times now to get them right. I wanted to try progressive lenses and when they didnt work, they talked me into computer glasses which I said I have tried before and dont like. They made them anyway and of course they didnt work. I said just make regular bi-focals. When they got them back they were progressive lenses again. This will be the 4th time they have sent them to the lab. Had my vision test 2 months ago and still no glasses. They are trying to make me happy, but it is very frustrating!

Very nice and knowledgeable staff from the moment I walked in. The girls at the front desk were very sweet and professional. I was called back right away. The doctor was very informative and thorough, recommending the best options and tips for my eyes. The optician was helpful and very patient in helping me choose the best frame for me and went over all lens options. I am so satisfied with my new eyeglasses with all the recommended options and will definitely be back. I recommend this office to anyone looking for an all-in-one wonderful optical experience!

Tired of dealing with this place. I thought maybe with the new ownership it would improve but it did not. Been going here a few years and not once has anything gone right. Dropped off glasses almost 6 weeks ago and they said new lenses would be a week or so. I keep calling and getting the excuse we have to call the lab. Last time i will ever go here. Just ridiculous. Update. Almost 10 weeks now, I get a call for my yearly exam to be scheduled. Asked them if my glasses are in they say they arrived 3 weeks ago. Total BS place. Nice customer service!!!!!

I had a short wait to begin my pre-exam. Nicole was super friendly and knowledgeable at what she does. She put me at total ease while taking the eye tests. I had a longer time waiting for the Doctor. It was over 30 minutes from my scheduled appointment that I was seen. However he was efficient and thorough in the exam. I didnt feel like he was rushing through a routine. Amanda was helpful. As well in going over my options and choices. Overall a really good eye appointment. Thank you.

The staff here are so friendly and genuine. They are wonderful people. My only criticism is the lack of choices for children. The selection used to be much better and have plenty of choices. This last time my son was so disappointed he couldnt find anything he liked. We ended up having to go somewhere else to find him some frames. I wish I didnt have to take my business elsewhere because I really do like coming here. They have always taken good care of me and my son.
