Being fitted for the glasses was decent enough but the problems came afterward. In the first place I asked if I got a discount from my insurance. They told me they checked and there was none. After I checked my policy I should have gotten one. Secondly after having the glasses for about 4 months one of the nose pieces fell off. I took them in and the employee acted like it was a major inconvenience and if I could wait she would fix them. About 3 months later a screw worked loose and another nose piece fell off. I took them back and was ignored for the first few minutes then was asked if I could be helped. I explained what happened and the clerk said there would be a charge for fixing the glasses. I explained I had them less than a year and why didnt the warranty cover it? She said the warranty only covered the frames and nose pieces wear out. I havent seen such bad customer service in a long long time and would advise anyone who thinks about Wal-Mart vision center to reconsider.

Associates who help at those front desks are extremely lazy and dont even make any effort to try to help with your questions or look like they even care, its a joke honestly. Needless to say i wont be going there again.
