I went to this place since they were the closest office that accepted VSP. Big mistake. First they pressure you into buying overpriced frames "at a discount", then wait until you pay to let you know the contacts you bought wont be available for 7 to 10 business days. Are they shipping via pack mule? I paid much more here than I would have had I just ordered the contacts online. Not only that, but ordering online has them to me in 2-3 days,not 7-10 business days. On top of all that, they failed to provide copies of my prescription. The ENTIRE purpose of my visit was to get a new prescription for work. My job provides prescription safety glasses. Of course, this office, while charging hundreds and hundreds for a simple eye exam and contacts, doesnt have a scanner to email the prescription. I guess the thousands they charge daily doesnt cover a piece of 1990s technology like a scanner. So now I get to wait for snail mail to bring my prescription-if they actually send it. This place was literally the most unorganized office Ive ever been in. They billed my insurance over $700 for an eye exam and 1 year of contacts. Go somewhere else, Im telling you...

I bought myself and my son glasses over a year ago. His worked great. I could not see out of mine, which I told them repeatedly. They replied, "Keep them on as you will get used to them". Went back and they said the same thing. I felt like I was bothering them when I was there and that it was my fault the glasses wouldnt work. I gave myself a lot of time as they suggested to get used to them but if I dont want to throw up or walk into things I cannot wear them. Such a waste of money. My coworkers had the same opinion so i went somewhere else who told me the prescription is way off. I appreciate your kind reply to my concerns. I may come back and see what we can do. I did get two pair for my son that are great and you have a wonderful selection including the pair i have. Now I just need to get my prescription right. Thanks again for taking the time to reply.

Update: I had a bad experience with an employee here over 10 months ago. The office was sure to resolve the issue in a timely matter. As a matter of fact, when I came back in not to long after that, the owner was very adamant about helping me get the fastest resolve to my eyeglass needs. I felt it was necessary to remove my bad review since everybody or business deserves a chance to right their wrongs. I will be getting another pair of glasses shortly, and I will be going to dr lampert at optical gallery of Arizona first.

The doctor and staff did an excellent job with my wife and I! When I went a little over a month ago they gave me an estimate of 3-4 weeks for my glasses to be ready and it only took a week! My wife went yesterday and she was very pleased with her visit. Definitely recommend this place!

Small but nice boutique style eyewear. Theyve always serviced the glasses weve bought, and you can get contacts and accessories as well.

UPDATE, After about 2 months,Finally today I had good conversation with their manager, She promised to solve the problem.
