My husband and I have been a loyal customer for 17 years however the last three of four months have been very troublesome and we are ready for a new pharmacy. We realize things can get a little hectic, we have a son who works for a competitor in the valley (he is also about to start his Phar.D. program in a week) however the day shift staff/technicians at the Lindsey/Warner location are as warm as an ice cube and have little or no integrity when it comes to a job well done. Today when my husband went to pick up his medication, medication he needs for RSD, chronic pain he was informed someone, we dont know who didnt place his order and he would have to wait until Friday 5/22/2015. My husband dropped the script off on Tuesday and was assured, again that it would be ready for pick up on Thursday. If this happened once in a while we could actually understand, something’s a pharmacy cannot control but this type of service has become chronic. Now my husband will be without medication for 35 hours and for someone who suffers from RSD for twenty five years, its a lifetime. CVS is trying to expand their long term care market by buying Omnicare for 12.7 Billion dollars but take it from this consumer who is heading towards the senior market, Im not impressed by the lack of customer service and integrity.

My husband was there today 01/04/2017 for some cold medicine and the young register attendant not only was rude but fallowed him throughout the store and made some remarks insinuating that he was there to steal. The hurt and disappointed look he had when he got home was the reason of this rant. He is a hard-working man that happens to be of Hispanic ethnicity chubby and bald. But he is educated and very friendly/helpful to those in need. It is very upsetting that the employees at this location are allowed to behave, stereo type, and even intimidate customers.

Young man was belittling and degrading due to a prescription for pain medication after hospitalized and surgery. No call to talk down to anyone, literally smirking as he spoke. My husband is a 55 year old man, simply state you are unable to fill. The surgeon had to call the pharmacy to have script filled.

The outside of the building was so bad it looked like it was permanetly out of business,The signs were all cracked and faded, the door and sounded like it was going to detach, however ever the inside was nice except for the duct-tape on the counter

Great pharmacy with a staff that actually knows what its doing. Excellent with sorting out insurance issues. I drive almost 20miles out of my way (for the last 10 years) to this store at Lyndsey & Warner in Gilbert.

CVS is an awesome store. but not this particular one. go to a different location if at all possible. the information the give you is incorrect.
