Inept pharmacists. Having gone to school as much as a pharmacist (most likely because becoming a real Doctor was to hard. I have always had a few minor issue with Rite-aid (I think Id we go back to truth of advertising laws rite-aid should be remained to Inept-Aid. Now I understand you get busy, but when I can see you talking instead of counting I cant help but to see its poor management hiring horrible workers. I can handle the little typos, and things like that, but when you start writing prescriptions I draw a line. Imagine if you will picking some prescription up for your child. They hand you tour bottle and you child takes his pill as normal, but the time the reaction is not normal. You find out in the next few days that instead of your child taking was taking the Think this cant happen, Well I can show you the proof a prescription wren out for my life. The pharmacist with 15 hours entered the wrong information. Luckily I caught this mistake, and informed rite aid. I didnt get so much as a thank you. Rite aid said they would fix everything, but our accounts are stil messed up. One last thing, rite aids have been putting up signs saying the will only fill certain prescriptions two days before the old run ends. This is not a lawful act. The. State sets the rules, it is not up to the pharmacist to change those laws. Especially when most people who will have to deal with this do so on a chronic level. Rite-aid sees you as a druggy trying to score. I had a chance to speak withe the district rep who said they didnt care about the laws they cared about one mans opinion. I was also told that if I had issues I could talk to the pharmacist. So if I would continue to work with right aid I cant plan trips around the time I go on vacation, or via late my hipa rights explains why I should get my legal prescription filled in the legal time to do so. DONT WORK WITH RITE AID PUT THE ON THE CORNOR WHERE THEY BELONG.

I just called the Pharmacy to transfer two prescriptions and the Pharmacy Tech in training wanted me to call and do all the leg work in transferring the prescriptions. I told him he can do it and he said he wouldnt. So I called another pharmacy. They are super LAZY here. If they want my business they can do their job. So I ended the call and called another pharmacy. I do not recommend this location.

***Do NOT come to this location for any pharmacy needs!! They are extremely rude and always seem to not think any customer is right or have the time for them. I have yet to have a decent experience when going and picking anything up. They need to change the way they treat their customers. We will be switching our prescription to Walgreens!

The pharmacists and staff here are friendly and pretty helpful. The service has been satisfactory for me. They have a good selection of over the counter medication and snacks. They have winder dairy natural milk here, so thats a plus.
