Owner is so extremely rude & quite mean spirited, in my visit he even threw a nail file at me because he was not pleased about giving my money back ( $60 Dollars) on the wrong (unused) items he suggested to me in the first place for the gel nail powder kit, last week...he told me on my second visit Saturday when I purshased more items, tips, more powders, ect....No problem, come back with the pevious bought items...Okay, great, I said, see you next week then for the ecchanges/returns i have at home...Mind you, with my receipt, totally rediculous...Wow! In hopes to only repurchase the correct items from him at HIS store at the same time...More business to him, right?! Not one customer, dead as a doornail...Wonder why? Hmmm... I will not press charges over his, nail file throwing, temper tantum... I just decided I will NOT return & I WILL SHARE THIS WITH ALL OF YOU & ALL OF MY NAIL SHOP OWNER FRIENDS...VERY BAD WORK ETHICS!! YIKES!! Had to share:-(

I always dread going to any nail supply store (without mentioning any names) because I feel like Im a burden to the person working, and they are not excited that Im shopping at their store, nor do they know any answers to the questions I ask. That wasnt the case with my experience today at Hollywood Beauty Supply. Ben was so helpful and walked me through all the suggestions he told me about, pointed out all the supplies I asked about, and even gave me a couple tips and tricks with the dip powders I bought. Thank you so much for great customer service! I will definitely be returning.

Usually good prices if you can find them! I usually dont ask for help so as for costumer services I get in get out with is only total of everything im buying is spoken. I went there yesterday (Saturday) and I got there around 10:40 go to the door they still werent open they open at 9:30. But still gonna go back cause prices are GREAT!$$$$

Im new here and came in to a rude employee. He didnt speak nor did he want to help. He was busy having a personal conversation with one who seemed to be a friend to come visit at work. Will NOT EVER GO BACK HERE. This place was so junky and tightly packed with aupplies. Very unprofessional.

I love the amazing Deals they have on nail polish! I also love that when I asked for help I was directed appropriately and given great advice to save money when they could have told me to buy something from their shop. I will definitely be coming back here!
