The staff really is terrible. I went in with my girlfriend, and the same lady with short blue hair and lots of tattoos (I wish I had gotten her name) was extremely rude and it actually took me by surprise. I had been in before, and thought maybe this girl had an off day, but this was the second time in a row where the same lady was really rude. I guess they have a decent selection, I really have no idea. Obviously something brought my girlfriend back. But at the end of the day, its not worth it since you have to deal with the staff. I told her to stop buying from Salon Centric and find a different supplier. She agreed.

Great selection of products, especially hair dye. Not very helpful staff though, seems like the worker needed to be more trained on the hair dye brands and what they do.
