This is a review of the photo department. I took some 42 year old black and white negatives there yesterday, March 21st to have some prints made and they lost a strip, 5 negatives, of the 25 negatives I gave them. This was about 3:30 when I went to pick them up. What they did print out looked as if they probably tried to use paper for color prints as the prints had color in them but made them look like a color negative, really bad. The lady there said it was because the negatives were just so bad. I doubt that. But the main thing is my negatives were lost and when I asked if that happens often she said that it did happen quite often but only when someone touches them that are not supposed to and that she had never lost any herself. I just left the pictures there and they didnt charge me for anything but offered no compensation for the loss. This was a trial run to see how they would do with my valuable negatives that I had just recently found. I am glad I didnt turn over the ones that were really valuable to me, those of my deceased parents 40th wedding anniversary.

went into this location today to pick up some deodorant and a refill cartridge pack for my e-cigarettes was treated like a shoplifter when i was walking around the store by the lady at cosmetics, when asked if i could make a purchase at the liquor section, her reply was a very rude "whatever". went to liquor section-discovered they were closed so went to the main cashier and told him i needed an item that was behind the counter over there-the refills for my e-cigarettes, he came across like it was a burden for him to call someone over to that section so i just left out of frustration and went to a different walgreens DOWN THE ROAD whose staff was the polar opposite of the staffs attitude at this location. its honestly sad how you can go a couple miles down the road have two completely different experiences with their staff.

The last few months has been great. The manager is one of the best Walgreens has. He has solved all the previous problems that I experienced here. I am impressed and the staff all seem to genuinely care, thanks to his leadership.

Horrible customer service at this pharmacy. Pharmacist was very rude and disrespectful. Should not be in customer service position at all..wish I could put 0stars...dont waste your time here.
