If i could leave negative stars I would. They are rude and act as if you are bothering them by coming in. Talk badly about customers openly in front of you. Told me my mother which was on the phone trying to help me was being unreasonable and continued rolling her eyes at everything she said. (The employees name was Jasmine by the way). And charge you to correct mistakes they make. Never in my life have I had a company offer me a promo and lie to me about the charges that would precede it. In order to get rid of the charges I had to pay 45$. Totally ridiculous.

Weve had great service until our last visit. We were sold several promotions that, strangely enough, we didnt qualify for when we called to check on the status. We live an hour away so it is not convenient for us to stop by the store. The store manager will not return calls. Very disappointed. Until this last visit and follow up, we sang this stores praises. :(

I am stationed overseas and back home for a month. The team working were very courteous and tried several efforts to get my service back on. In the end, the phone was the issue and all worked out. Im very grateful for the assistance of everyone involved!

I knew more about their services than any employee and eventually had to leave and go to a different location. Laughable that AT&T puts their logo on this building. Go to the location in the mall across the street, they are much better!

was not bad until a Mexican guy start a new internet without my permission at a wrong address and a wrong plan. And he refused to cancel the service for me and tell me to do it myself. WTF you idiot!

There was a manager in there that was so rude to me. She didnt answer my questions and she just averted me to the door. If you ever decide to leave AT&T, they will treat you with blatant disrespect.

***** Update: 6/17/17 ***** Another Horrific visit, lost 3 days on my plan even though was assured the plan was correct!!!!! The Rep started my plan Saturday, Rather Tuesday ... What a Fiasco!!!!!
