I have had several great experiences at this location. The manager, Daniel, is willing to go above and beyond to assist customers and ensure that his employees are up to par. In turn, his employees are always happy to help whether its over the phone or in person. No matter how busy they might be, or what kind of day they might be having, I never see any of the employees without a smile on their face! I always refer my friends to Daniel and his employees at the AT&T store in University Mall!
