Terrible. I was offered a tablet that was so cheap it started to glitch in five days. Was told in the store I had 30 days to return. I called on day 10, returned the product on day 12 and was told it was the charging port that broke.... in 5 days? Then I was told I could not return or cancel this line because that had to be done in 14 days. It was day 12 when I returned the product and they would not cancel the product. Obviously they do not know how to count. Not to mention I asked to speak to a manager several times in which I was told he was in conference meetings and would return my call promptly. Never received a call back not once. I have called and the lady on the other end hung up on me when I told her that I better hear from the manager because if not I would come up there physically and demand for a refund or a new product. Considering I have insurance on the device. Oh did I mention that I had insurance on the device and they would not send me a new product. When I got home I had a bill double the amount of what I was quoted. I ended up calling customer service and the lady was very helpful and fixed everything the Dickson AT&T office wronged me on. I appreciate AT&T. I have been with this service since it was Bellsouth and have always been pleased but this is by far the WORST STORE EVER! Go to Nashville or Franklin

If Google would let me I would give them a ZERO STAR! My husband and I just received a phone call from a collection agency for us to pay our Verizon bill. I knew it would be to good to be true for them to pay our last bill! Anyway, the collection agency that called us had an address for Nevada. Meaning, we havent received any notices of at&t not paying out bill. Which has messed up my husbands credit and this unpaid bill is on his credit score. It isnt like this place didnt have a second chance because we called and made sure they had everything they needed...well, come to find out we werent supposed too give it took toothed like they said, we are supposed to ooh emotional mail it. So we did....what the Hell happened. Very unsatisfied cosumer and thinking about changing because it has been miscommunication and has cost me more out of pocket to stay with them!

Dear owner, Hire more employees! Every single time I come in here Im waiting 10-60 minutes for someone to help me. Theres almost always a line of people waiting in the chairs by the entrance. Going here is like going to the DMV, seriously. The staff is regularly talking about non-business matters to customers, which is fine when theres not a line but every single time, theyre carrying on and laughing about random stuff. Not to mention the bathroom and carpets are nasty, probably because the 2 staff members dont have a spare minute to help. Not even a mile away is a Verizon store with tons of friendly, helpful employees where Ive never had to wait. Its enough to make me want to switch over.

Came in with the intent on getting in and out, just needed to swap a phone. Which in previous times was no issue, my sales representive tanner was very disrespectful. He answered his phone in mid conversation with my mother and I without even saying im sorry, one moment please, or even do you mind. Then continued the conversation for about 5 minutes. Once he was off the phone didnt say sorry or anything. Very unprofessional, continued to text on his personal phone through out our entire stay. I usually never have an issue with att. But will not be coming back if hes there!!! I wouldnt do that to his mother!!!

I had a great experience at the store. Everyone was wonderful and took about an hour to help me with my television problem. I am a fan! I had another great experience in the store. A couple weeks ago Joshua went out of his way to make sure my warranty was handled and got me a new phone. William helped me get a returned handled. The team is so great and every one goes out of their way to help costumers. THANKS SO MUCH!

Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. Ethan, Kenneth, and Tanner were lots of fun to work with. People complaining about this store need to realize that this is an AUTHORIZED DEALER of AT&T products, not AT&T Corporate. I had nothing but a great experience here. Thanks guys!

Wonderful staff. Great management. All of these negative comments are irrelevant. Probably people who didnt get what they want so they go on google reviews to publicly throw a temper tantrum. 10s for management. 10s for staff. Great job!

I was very pleased with the service. We purchased a case and I had a screen cover that I did not purchase there but they were very willing to put it on for me. Good atmosphere and all the workers were very nice.

RIDICULOUS! Get a kiosk or more employees if you would like for someone to pay their bill. After waiting 45 minutes I left. Organization of helping customers is clearly needed.
