Very disappointed in service to say the least!!! Left pups there for grooming early and had an appts for 10 am. It was after 5pm before the dogs were ready to go. It was very inconvenient to say the least to wait for hours for them to finish. The pups were exhausted and so were we, They had nothing to eat or drink all day and the smaller one was just sick when we picked them up. No explanation was given by neither the groomers or the cashier except...."sorry, we got way behind"....which leads to no explanation except that either they took walk-ins before grooming my pups with appointments OR they overbooked themselves that badly??? I think it has to be that they took walk-ins 1st. Since 10 am pups got done at 5 pm...what time did 3 pm dogs get finished??? It was a terrible experience. When we went in at 1:30 trying to pick them up and then again at 3:30, they rushed through them, gapped their hair up and they didnt even end up with everything done that wed paid for.

PetSmart is the happiest place on earth for my fella. He gets bathed, his nails ground, and totally spoiled and pampered by the staff. They have a fantastic selection for dogs and cats as well as all other types of pets. From food, treats, toys, bedding, clothing, leashes, collars... the list just goes on and on. Banfield is their on-site veterinarian service. The staff here goes out of their way to assist you with a smile on their faces. I guess it really is the happiest place on earth!

Took Max here for his first public bath, and haircut, and pedicure, needless to say he was a fussy budget, but the girls here handled him well, I kept telling him, dont show your tum-tum, thats like taking your clothes off on a first date, but oh well, they got him down, and he surrendered his paws, thanks ladies, his name is Max, not Lucky!

Ty is the best. He was a lot of help with my Beared Dragon. After 3 weeks of running around trying to figure out what was going on stop by and started talking with Ty he answered every question I had and told me stuff to do. The next day her colors changed shes not black all the time . And she seens happy .

This store is great, my dog thinks the grooming salon is the happiest place on earth, its his Disney Land. The store staff are very friendly and helpful and the store managers are fantastic! Plenty to choose from in every department and you can place orders online and pick up at the store!

Has everything you could possibly need for your pet. Banfield Vet (inside) is also awesome. Everyone is friendly and extremely helpful. They also have a great grooming salon. Offer great discounts to returning customers!

I have a highly anxious dog- Snoop Dog! Linde always is happy to see him and even though he probably stresses everyone out- everyone is always so sweet and helpful!!!! And they do a fabulous job!!❤️❤️❤️❤️
