I have never written a review for anyone on the net, but after today, I MUST. For over 7 years this Advance has backed their products, replaced things with no questions asked, lent me tools, conducted small repairs and facilitated larger repairs, and made accurate recommendations time and time again. TODAY, I had a dead battery in a Ford Excursion that I could not move. We had some family time scheduled. I called the Advance not knowing if the battery was purchased from them or not, and they couldnt find it in the computer under my number. Well, they STILL sent out someone even being understaffed with a charger, jump starter, and a new replacement battery. The tech. Called and said that the battery was from them even if they didnt have it in the computer, changed the battery for me, and then asked me to bring it by tomorrow to have him clean the posts at the store as there are two batteries and he wanted to make sure that we had no troubles with Winter coming.. This diesel Excursion has over 319000 miles on it! My Lord what a wonderful experience. I will NEVER buy from another parts store if possible, and Advance corporate should know that this is the definition of an amazing example of a corporate store. With thanks, Dr. Matt St. John
