Pros: +5 stars The store is always clean (which is a big thing for me) and everyone is very nice. I even had a problem with one of my prescriptions, it had been refilled at the wrong store, and they were able to get it to me in about 15 minutes. That was amazing! Cons: -1 star Pharmacy- The wait time for the pharmacy can be insane at times. Ex/ picking up filled prescriptions took 20ish minutes with 2 people ahead of me in line. They werent asking for anything odd, just picking up filled prescriptions. There was only one person checking us out so.. A couple of people came and waited in line and then went to browse the store..lol maybe thats their objective. Make you wait, so you go shop. Ive also called to have a prescription transferred in and I had to wait on hold for about 40 minutes. Possibly they should have more folks working in there.. -1 star Store- For some reason, maybe I come in at weird times I dont know, but I have to find someone to check me out. This bothers me. I understand wanting to have people multitask when there isnt a lot going on up front but there should always be someone at the front checkout. This isnt the only Walgreens where this happens (the one on Valleydale is almost as bad about this) but I HATE trying to find someone to check me out. I hate it so much I thought about deducting 2 stars for this reason..especially since it happens to me a lot here.

Called pharmacy recording said two callers ahead of me...took 45 minutes for a clueless person to answer and put me on hold for another 15 minutes then the phone mysteriously hung. I called back waited another 45 minutes only to be hung up on once again. Save yourself a headache and skip this location if at all possible. This is my second ridiculous incident with this pharmacy. There will not be a third...I will definitely not be back EVER! I called a different location and had my prescriptions transferred and my problem resolved in one phone call that from the time I dialed the number to the time my problem was resolved took less than 2 minutes total.

Horrible Customer Service at the Pharmacy. All prescriptions in my family will be moved to another pharmacy down the road. I have been on hold for 36 minutes. 4 different women answered and asked me to please hold, put me on hold past the hold limit to the point where the line would ring back to the main line and it would happen again. At my 36 minute point, and when I was asked to hold again, I explained my hold time and she was very rude and said that "she was busy and just put me on hold and cut me off". Horrible horrible service Walgreens! We wont be back.

Waited on hold for 15 minutes before someone picked up the phone. Then they answered, put me back on hold. After holding 10 more minutes, I was hung up on. Called back and it was 20 more minutes on hold before someone answered. Total of 45 minutes. I understand they do the best they can, but Walgreens needs to give them more staff hours.

I only used the pharmacy. The people were nice, but I ordered my Rx at 9 in the morning to be picked up at noon. I showed up at 2 and it still wasnt ready. Not only that, but it took nearly an hour for them to fill it. Ridiculous. Its on Rx, 30 little pills that I ordered 6 hours previous. Come on. Theres no excuse.

The pharmacy is awful! There is no organization. There are two women there that are just god awful and rude as hell. They just act like they hate their job. I love Walgreens but this one is just ridiculous.

This pharmacy does not answer their phone. If you need to talk to a pharmacist, good luck. They are either under staffed or they dont want to be bothered. Either way, I would not recommend using them.
