This has got to be the worst pharmacy I have ever been with. Stuck with them for 3 years and finally pulled the plug this month. Gave them more then enough time to straighten up. Service was consistently bad for all 3 years. I left this pharmacy and CVS all together, for a new one. The new pharmacy (Krogers) has been awesome. I highly advise no one going to this CVS pharmacy. A lot better service available elsewhere. They are under staffed, and/or poorly managed. Their readiness on script pick up is not there at all, very poor. The one cashier (yes 90% of the time its just the one) they have there is not the issue, she can only do so much by herself plus cant ring out whats not ready yet, its everyone else including the management/planning behind her. Scripts are never ready, even when they are called in days in advance, and even when they claim to be ready and they are not when I get there. Very difficult pharmacy to deal with. I spend anywhere from 20-60 mins every time time I go in there waiting. 80% of the time I go there is more then 10 people waiting. The last time and final time I went, there was 10-15 people in line, with another 10-15 sitting in chairs waiting to be called for their scripts to be ready. Its was a mad house. Never again. Goodbye CVS Pharmacy in Hermitage. Unfortunately, the poor cashier takes the blunt of ALL the complaints as well as being yelled at because of these ongoing issues caused by poor management and pharmacist with scripts never being ready or on time when they should, even know she has no control. And I bet she gets paid the least too. Shameful.

Dirty facilities, deceptive price signs and a rude clerk earned my lowest rating this morning. Stopped in to buy some pain reliever and use the bathroom. Bathroom looked like it had been remodeled somewhat recently but it hadnt been cleaned properly for a long time. Dust and dirt stains on the sink, on the toilet, on the top of the soap dispenser and on the top of the toilet paper holder. With the lack of cleaning, I was not surprised to see a blank clipboard on the bathroom door where you would expect to see a cleaning sign-off sheet. So it seems that not only are they not cleaning the bathroom, they dont want documentation visible that theyre not cleaning it. Outside the restroom, the water fountain had gunk around both the faucet in the drain. Disgusting for a health care related store. Found the ibuprofen I wanted and also saw some chocolate that had a closeout price tag on it. If it said I had to have a CVS card to get the closeout price, it was horribly unclear because I noticed the closeout price tag and saw saw no mention of using a card to get the discount. The closeout candy ring at full price and I said "that price is wrong." The clerk condescendingly said it will show up right after you enter your CVS card. "I dont have a card." "You cant have the price without a card," he said with no empathy nor any offer of help. Fine. I left and wont be back. The trifecta of a dirty store, deceptive pricing and rude representatives will not get you another chance with me.

Let me start by saying if zero stars was an option, that is the rating they would receive. I have been going to this pharmacy for two years now. One incident occurred when I went to get my prescriptions filled (after going there over a year) and I was told my doctor wasnt in there system and they couldnt fill them. Come to find out they had been filling my medicines under another doctors DEA number, whom I have never been to. The other day I was asking the gentleman in the window some questions regarding pricing when we were rudely interrupted by a female who proceeded to tell me I was more than happy to take my prescriptions elsewhere...which would be find except it was 6pm at night and I receive medication that I could be red flagged for pharmacy/doctor shopping. I wish I had her name so I could file a complaint. Every time I tried to explain to her I was simply asking a question to understand better what the problem was she interrupted and kept telling me to leave. Completely rude and unprofessional.

Dont go to this pharmacy, Ive never been treated more rudely by a pharmacist in my life than I was by Nick Farless. I had a prescription filled incorrectly, and I was told by a technician on the phone I could bring it back the next day, but Nick said I was told wrong when I tried to bring it back the following day. He said I paid for it, and it was mine. He asked me the technicians name, and I said I didnt ask his name, and he said it didnt matter anyway, he runs the pharmacy not the technicians. They dont fill prescriptions the way they are written, then blame you. He threw the prescription in the window, and said take it, its yours. Even the guy working the window was shaken up. He handed me the one prescription they had to return back even though they did refund my money for it, I handed it back to him, and his hands were shaking.

Use any other pharmacy if at all possible...they take forever to fill any prescription I have ever filled, they have lost my prescription more than once, have forgotten to order something I needed and when I should have been able to pick it up told me Id have to wait another day or two so they could order it, and every time I go there I wait for 30-45 minutes to pick up something they said was filled, and 95% of the time they are rude (I realize that I dont feel good and may not be the most pleasant person to talk to but you are in customer service its your job to be nice)...I have to use them due to my insurance but if I had any other choice I would go elsewhere!!

I dont know which pharmacy is worse, this one or Walmart. Rude, hateful staff (one girl in particular). Also my prescriptions clearly read "dispense as written" but the staff obviously cant read. They give me the wrong meds every time. Or when the doctor calls in a few different prescriptions and I go to pick them up Im missing one and they say it was never received and I should call my doctor. Will be changing pharmacies ASAP! Just as soon as I can find a decent one. Ugh.

Worst pharmacy ever. The other reviewers are correct. They never have the scripts ready, even when you receive a phone call saying it is ready for pickup. A normal visit usually takes at least 30 minutes. I truly dont understand how they stay in business. You can also tell everyone else in line is furious. If you can avoid this pharmacy, please do so. Unfortunately my insurance forces me to CVS and this is the closest one.

Traditionally have received good service over the years at this location but lately that has gone downhill. Last straw culminated with extremely rude treatment this morning. Should have gotten her name but was just aghast and didnt think to do so at the time. Too much competition for my familys business in the area to put up with mean, nasty folks. Moving my prescriptions elsewhere . . .

Theyre nice but make sure you hand deliver a prescription.
