The pharmacy is horrible! I admit that 10% of the time my prescription is filled BUT, everyother time it is horrible. I called a week ahead to refill my order and they said come on friday to pick it up. I called thursday night to make sure both my prescriptions were refilled and I was told they were ready. I show up on friday only to be told I can only receive one of my prescriptions, the other hasnt been shipped. This has happened like 6 TIMES IN A ROW!!! They need to shut this place down, or the fire the head pharmacy tech or whatever they are called. HOW DID HE EVEN GET HIS LISENCE? You should call and notify your patients if yhe medicine cannot be prepared on time! Call another pharmacy for extra meds for gods sake! I say he needs to work at the register and bag grocery items. I have no respect for this place, well the pharmacy atleast. He told me once, and I quote "If you dont like us, then just switch pharmacies." I certainly will after giving you numerous chances, and showing me and others your laziness, desrespect, and unprofessionalism! You sir ammount to nothing. The other workers in the pharmacy are nice, some of them. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. So to whomever this may concern, this place sucks and I warn other not to go to this pharmacy!! Save yourself from time, money, and attitude.

I have been going here for almost 2 years and have been denied my medication more than 5 times and have had to wait longer than the amount of days my medication is supposed to last me. Such BS. Basically they would rather me be sick the next however many days they make me wait. About half the time I am able to get my meds without a problem. I thought a pharmacist was supposed to help people with their health issues but ever since Ive been going here Ive had major problems and it really upsets me. They look so surprised when I get upset but I bet they would be upset if someone they could care less about decided they were gonna make them be sick tomorrow and the next however many days it ends up being. When I dont have my medication I am so sick I cant usually even get out of bed and I cannot afford to be sick with the job I have. They need to get their act together or Im not gonna continue to give my $500 a month to people who obviously dont care if Im able to live a normal life

I tried to have a prescription filled at this pharmacy but they were out of stock. I later found out that most of the pharmacies in the area didnt carry the drug either but they didnt call me to tell me they didnt have they just let me come in and try and pick it up. I wasnt horribly mad but I was a little unimpressed that they didnt think to call me about it.

Worst Pharmacy around , Very rude ,very disrespectful,Do they not realise we pay their bills and work for us, I think it would serve them right to get closed down.. TOO MANY INDIANS.NO CHIEFS! I think a monkey could do a better job than the staff at this location..Will be switching pharmacies, I will not give them anymore of our money. JACKASSES.

Rude at pharmacy. Called district ofc and filed a complaint against the pharmacist. Was told i could pick up prescription only to be denied w/o a phone call which should have been proper protocol. Was embarrassed in front of customers in line. Will never go back to this store and have been customer 20 yeaes

I have been going to Walgreens for 15 years (many locations) and have never experienced bad customer service until visiting this location. Their senior tech, John, in their pharmacy was extremely rude during my last visit. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will not be back!

The worst pharmacy in middle Tn !!!! They told me I could pick up and told me I could not pick up when I got there this place is rude and and not professional at all I will never go there ever again they are lazy and disrespectful!!!!

3 cars in front on me at the pharmacy drive thru and no transaction. I get to window and my meds where not ready either. So once again no transaction. I will never send another prescription to walgreens after this.
