Galaxy SIII was stuck on reboot. Eric ( manager) told me personally the phone was "fried". Bought a new phone, then found out that my friend had fixed it, Simply by Replacing the Battery! Shout out to Amazon, $6.50 replacement! I informed Eric of this, and explained that mistakes happen, and I wanted to afford him and his company the opportunity to make things right. I explained this would be easy to achieve, as I was willing to give him the new phone for the retail cost (receipt included) as the retailer would not accept its return. Eric then told me" well, it was your choice to buy the phone, and we didnt charge you for diagnostic, so we dont owe you anything". Which, Eric had stated earlier, " it looks like we did a pretty extensive diagnostic". I repeatedly tried to explain the Only reason I bought a new phone, was Because Eric (Professional cell phone repair MGR) told me my Galaxy SIII was junk. And that I suffered financial loss, due to his establishments incompetence. Eric didnt care. He repeated himself about it being my choice to buy a new phone, and no charge for the diagnostic. This was one of the Worst Retail Experiences Ever! Ill Never go back, and Ill Always mention this Every Time I hear Anyone Talk about Cell Phones and Tablets Needing Repair!

While I was on tour with Justin Bieber last week, I had gotten into a friendly game of swordsmanship with Kim Jong Un, and the classic lines of my iPhone 4S were cracked when he surprised me with an inverted 360 donkey thrust. I was a little disappointed that my katana skills had diminished, but even more disappointed in my cracked phone. Kim assured me he would "take care of things", and I was pretty excited to get that check for 68 North Korean Won. With the currency exchange a little less than stellar, I was left with $0.52 to repair my phone, and the harsh lesson to never take a check from foreign dictators. As I searched the Interwebs for cheap screen replacements and my lost uncle from Nigeria who has been trying to give me all his money for years now, I stumbled across the friendly faces at uBreakiFix. Not only were they close by, but they have a quick repair turnaround, and are next door to Peoples Bakery! So not only did they assure me that my vintage phone could live to fight another day....I was able to pick up a nice cruller and a gyro for dinner. Donuts and cell phones. You guys rock. Murica.

I shattered my iPhone 6 screen so I found these guys to fix it for me. I thought they did a great job, but one day after it was fixed the home bottom completely stopped working so my phone was stuck on one screen and I couldnt get out of it. I took it back to them and they said "oh Im not sure how, but some things got loose and I just had to tighten it back up for you." Left that day and then to make the experience that much better... The very next day, I set my phone down on a table and a chunk of the screen fell out. How is that even possible!? Take it back to them the next day and the manager states that he cannot do anything about it because its been damaged and that I would have to pay another $109 dollars to replace the screen. This is 3 days after I just gave them $109 to fix it! Long story short, very upset about the quality of screens they give out. I wouldnt recommend this company to anybody.

I came in with a broken screen on an iPhone 7, and they said come back in 1 hour to pick up the repaired phone so I was excited about the quick turnaround. My new screen ended up having a blue tint to it and the colors all looked faded, so I ended up driving back to get a new screen. They had to order new screens from a different vendor that had "better quality control", but when I came back to have the screen replaced the new screens still had faded colors. Additionally, they couldnt get the capacitive touch to work on 2 of the new screens they just ordered. I ended up getting a refund, going to the Apple Store at the mall and got an OEM screen for $20 cheaper. Overall I was very disappointed with the low quality product from this place, however, I must say the customer service was great.

I have an iPod Nano 6th general that hasnt worked for some time now. I happened to be driving on Johnson Street over the weekend and the sign for uBreakiFix caught my eye so I decided to give them a try. I was nicely surprised! Their Customer Service was top notch, giving me an estimate of the repair ($49.99), looking online to see if at that cost it was even worth repairing, and an estimated 3-5 days for service. All sounded reasonable. I received a call within hours telling me that the iPod had been fixed, they didnt need to order a part, they were able to fix it without any parts, total cost $39.99. I went in the next day to pick it up and again was greeted with superior customer service. I would highly recommend you stopping in and giving them a try. I couldnt be happier!

My boys got the parts for 2 complete PC builds for Christmas, the first worked perfectly, the second wouldnt start. I stopped at uBreakiFix looking for a new Mother Board (no one really stocks parts anymore, they are all ordered) but Cameron told me "If the new Mother Board doesnt work, bring it in, Ill take a look, Im a PC guy." Mobo comes in and it doesnt work, I have swapped out most of the pieces with the working unit and still cant figure it out, narrow it down to 1) Im an idiot or 2) witchcraft. So I bring all the pieces back to Cameron he builds the entire unit (free if it doesnt work) in 3 hours. It works! Costs $120 and he saves the day! I have him install all the parts/drivers for another $20, since the problem ends up being #1 above (thermal paste on the CPU).

The staff uBreakiFix is super friendly, competent and helpful! I came in with a broken phone after a vacation hoping that somehow it could be revived. After thorough analysis, the staff at uBreakiFix determined that the internal system was destroyed and it could not be fixed (I dont know the technicalities but they explained them to me in detail at the time). Expecting to have to pay a steep price for their labor and diagnostics, I was shocked when they gave me a $0 bill. They then explained that if they couldnt fix my phone, then I didnt owe them anything. Upstanding business and I will definitely return if I have phone troubles in the future!

Curtis and Joseph were awesome!! They deserve raises. They were really quick, incredibly nice, and very knowledgeable. The repair took about 45 mins and theres a really nice bakery next door if you want a coffee while you wait. The repair to fix my shattered screen AND broken LCD was ~$180. Apple would have charged me $300! and it wouldve taken hours or days if they needed to ship it out. Totally worth it. 5 STARS. Super reasonable prices, great store front, nice employees. A+
