ok I am not in the habbit of even posting reveiws however , my best freind who has just got engaged recently ,went into weddings A-z recently and i was astounded at the rude treatment she received , firstly i understsnd the importance of making an appoint,ment but the owner said and i quote "let her fend for herself "and noone would even lace up the dresses she was left to put them on alone .,then she over head the ladies saying "is she walking around in a robe"well yes she was because noone would help her , lastly there were some ladies of african american decent in the store my freind overheard one of the ladies say "oh my god they are i agree with asking for such huge shoes , now i think this is unacceptable behavior and i would suddgest you rethink buying the perfect dress for your special day from people that care not for your feelings obviously im shocked , that in our small christian community of tyler smith co, people would aact this way arent we the public the ones thst pay the bills of small local biz owners,its about time they act like they appriciate our biz and tthe owner says in a fore mentioned comment that she was surprised about a negative reveiw ha!!!!!!!!!!!!! heres a tip yoiu are not better than anyone lady nor your rude cronies that work for you ill be sure i revisit this store verry soon and looks can be deceiveing so ill be posting a later comment to let everyone know if the service changed i agree with haley i would give 0 stars but thats not an option

This boutique has a very cute set up on the inside, but overall the customer service was horrible. Absolutely horrible. We where told that our wedding party could go in on a Saturday last minute by the owner, but when we got to the boutique the first thing the sales rep said was did we have an appointment. We then said no, but the store manager told us we could come by and try on some dresses. The sales rep. then said "o well we have other appointments" and she acted as though she really did not want to help us. On top of all of that we put money on a dress, in which we were specifically told that we had a timeframe for getting a refund. We decided to change the dress in a very within a few days and they said we could not receive a refund and we had to use the money as in store credit. The customer service experience here was just a complete disaster and the staff is clearly unaware of their own policies. I recommend going to a place like Davids Bridal, because they seem a little more prepared when it comes to unexpectancies. I honestly would give 0 stars to this business if that was an option on Google.

Horrible service! I called to make an appointment weeks in advance and they told me that I didnt need an appointment to just show up. When I showed up and started talking about the dress I wanted I was offered something else and told I go add on and take in and trim here and there and do all of the alterations and then I would have something simular to the one I wanted. When I asked to try on dresses to see if they might have anything else that I might like I was told "no" and that "they werent there to help me order online or to go somewhere else to purchase." Then the lady walked off muttering under her breath "you know where the door is." I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. The way I was treated was awful and no one else especially a bride looking to purchase her wedding dress should ever be treated that way. The staff was rude and it was uncalled for. The selection from what I was able to see wasnt very much and you couldnt see much do to the horrible lighting.

Brenda is awesome, patient, and very understanding! I visited EVERY bridal shop in Tyler, and tried on quite a few dresses. I even shopped around AFTER finding THE DRESS at her shop. But, THAT dress was for me and I HAD to have it. She worked with me on being able to purchase my dress. Help me coordinate with the rest of the party, and offered to dress the grooms at a competitive price! Overall, service at A to Z is great. My first search for a dress was VERY impersonal, and gave me anxiety because so many people were there. A to Z is just the opposite. It is quiet, beautiful, and provides an intimate setting for an intimate experience! I am STILL grinning ear to ear! Lastly, A to Z has a variety out of this WORLD and is THE place for a things BLING! NO other boutique had as many beautiful dresses to choose from!

The girls helping us try on dresses were fabulous but when I went to pay I explained to the lady that several jewels were missing and some were hanging off. I asked if I could order that exact dress new. She said no maybe we could find the beads on the floor and she could knock off $20. Are you kidding me? She wanted me to pay $459 for a dress that had noticeably missing jewels and some of the other jewels were hanging off. If I pay that much for a dress it better be in mint condition. I expect it to be new and not told maybe we can find the jewels on the floor. I will never go back. You should have dresses on the floor for people to try on but should be able to order your own new one.

These women either truly dont know how to run a business or they are just flat out liars. I ordered a bridesmaid dress back in October 2016 and lie #1 was that it would be in around the end of November. I never heard another word from them after putting a deposit down and when I called at the end of January I was told it wouldnt be in until the middle of February. When I requested a refund of my deposit I was yelled at and disrespected. After finally agreeing to issuing the refund, the woman hung up on my without getting any information. It is now the end of February, I have still not heard from them about the dress and I have yet to receive a refund.

Overall, the ladies were very kind and helpful especially the owner! The only complaint I have is that one of the girls who always seemed to help us whenever we came in was hostile towards us and always had an attitude. After finally purchasing my dress Im guessing a new employee who was checking me out was struggling with the format of the receipts asked the same hostile lady for help but she just sat there and acted like we were a bother. My mother who came with me a couple of times also notice this. Love my dress but I will most likely not return.

I recently spent a Saturday in Tyler, Tx. with my bridesmaids running around trying on dresses for them to wear. Our first stop was weddings a to z. Shelly is amazing and is so helpful. Haile also helped us and she was great too. Shelly went above and beyond since my wedding is November to find out the rush arrival time for the dresses we decided on. I couldnt be more grateful that we stepped into her boutique because I know Shelly will do whatever she can to make our experience the best. Highly recommend. Great selection of dresses too!
