Worst appliance shopping experience Ive ever had. We decided to take advantage of their free installation special on all appliances and get a new dishwasher. So we order our dishwasher in white, which will take a couple of weeks to come from the warehouse. Thats fine, no hurry. The dishwasher comes in and I take a day off from work for the delivery and installation, as we were told they only deliver Monday through Friday. The window for delivery comes and goes, no dishwasher. Call the store, they dont know what happened. Call the delivery contractor, they dont know what happened either. Over the next couple of days, we find out that the dishwasher was damaged and they werent going to deliver it. No one told us. No one called. So now we have to wait another couple of weeks for a replacement. The new dishwasher comes in and we tell them to schedule it for a weekend, as werent not taking time off from work. They were very polite and scheduled a Saturday appointment for us. Things seem to be going well. Our Saturday appointment comes and they deliver the dishwasher. Yet they dont install it. They tell us that the install is a separate appointment. We were never told install was a separate appointment. So we call the store. Once again, everyone is polite and nice. They assure us that the install is scheduled for our window. Once again, the window comes and goes with no one showing up. So we call again. The store tells us to call the install contractor. So we call the contractor who tells us they never got an install appointment from Best Buy. So someone screwed up and we have a big box in our kitchen. So we schedule for the following Saturday. Then we get a call from a contractor from Best Buy saying hes on his way to pick up the old dishwasher. We tell him he cant pick it up, its still installed in our kitchen and the new one hasnt been installed. So we cancel him. Keeping track, the delivery, install and old dishwasher removal are now three separate appointments. Every other store does it all in one appointment and actually tells you whats going on. No one from Best Buy every said there would be different appointments for the different aspects of our purchase. Now we get an appointment to install the dishwasher from 8am to 8pm. So thats an entire day. Its been almost two months and all I have is a rather expensive box in my kitchen. If I purchased this anywhere else, I would have had my new dishwasher taken care of in one appointment and I would have had it months ago. Ill never purchase an appliance from Best Buy again. I recommend you avoid purchasing any appliances too.

Bought a laptop went to return it since it was used and not new as was misrepresented to me (also i found one with the same specs for over $150 cheaper elsewhere and it was BRAND NEW) but when i went to return it well within the timeline they refused to give me back the cash that i had paid for it. They gave me the options of a best buy gift card or having a check mailed to me in 7-10 business days although i PAID CASH HAD RECEIPT and was well within the return policy time. Manager was rude and doesnt know a thing about laptops or computers or anything computer related and their geek squad is the same way. When i went there i knew exactly what kind of processor i wanted and graphics card and everything but all the cheaper models that had what i wanted were not available. Nothing you want is in stock so they sell you a pricier model instead of what you are looking for then when you want your money back they make it a real pain in the azz. i asked for 5 different computers that "werent in stock" before i settled for the one i ended up returning.. of course that could be just part of their bait and switch because it sure seemed they had plenty of the pricier models in stock. Worst store ever i will never shop there again and i doubt many more people will either since it looks like they are going out of business. Why else wouldnt they keep things in stock?

This location has gone down hill since it has been open. Poor treatment to employees, poor training and for the most part sub par management. Overall, this store is starting to live up to the company standard, which is over promise and under deliver. Just look at what they did around Christmas time... Cancelled majority of online orders from black friday and cyber monday deals only days before christmas. Customer satisfaction is no longer a concern. What ever happened to the trained and passionate employees? Now you hire 17 year olds and expect the world out of them while paying them minimum wage. I will be there cooking hot dogs and marsh mellows when you close down. Celebrate the end of something that should of ended a long time ago. Want good product and service? Amazon is great, Bjs has an awesome return policy. Walmart I would avoid, but you have so many options online and in the area. Dont be fulled, the service is no longer worth the inflated costs of products, services and accessories offered by the Best Try brand.

I had an issue with my Nexus tablet. The first guy I spoke to suggested I factory reset. I did that, and then got server error when trying to reload my apps from the Google play store. Best buy told me there was nothing they could do. I went home and spent 2 hours on the phone with Google trying to resolve the problem..no luck. Now my tablet was useless to me. I went back to best buy, another guy tried to fix my problem, told me I should start looking for a new tablet. I asked to speak to a mgr, Jason tried to help, said if they couldnt fix it, they would give me a discount on new tablet. Left mine with Ken and after a few hours, he was able to fix the problem!! I really appreciate that Ken went the extra mile & resolved my problem.without me having to replace my tablet.

You can get many of same electronics at Staples or WalMart much cheaper than Best Buy. I bought a Suround Sound speaker system in early December as a Christmas gift for my father in-law and he set up system in early January however Suround Sound speaker wasnt working properly. So he went to Best Buy to exchange it but since it was longer than 30 days since purchase they wouldnt do exchange but instead sent it back out to manufacturer for repair. They said it would take up to 21 days to get it back and they refused to give me a loaner. Of course it didnt take 21 days to repair, it took exactly 60 days to get it back. Which means no Surround Sound for Super Bowl. Stupid, stupid return policy

Bought a phone here(AT&T) they said they transferred all of my numbers over but did not. I factory restored the old phone before realizing they did not do what they said they would. I lost a bunch of important numbers. They just assumed all my contacts were on the microsd card and swapped the card, something I could have done myself easily. This was after going back into the store because they said my contacts would transfer automatically. Buyer beware you can not depend on these employees to be competant.
