To date the worst place to buy almost anything. Not saying AutoZone is bad just this location. Customer service is trash. Call on the phone you got a 50/50 shot of just waiting on the line with no voicemail. Come in to the store when its full and see the lack of management as only one or two workers are there moving at the pace of a turtle. There is always someone new being taught forcing service to take abnormal amounts of time. Come into the shop with no customers thinking it will be quick but the workers are no where to be found. You have to make a loud noise for them to come out cause I couldnt just take something and walk out right. Parts are hard to obtain as at any part of the day could there be only one of something for your vehicle that you need 2+ of ex. I need to change all four rotors granted not everyone does but they do two at a time right and left. Somehow they only have1 of 4 rotors. All in all place needs a lot of management and both store and employee.

How on earth does this place have 3 stars? It really should have negative stars. Staff is unhelpful, no one does inventory check on common bought items, and when you need the check out the staff dissapears and you end up having to wait. I went their to get electrical tape and they told me that the supply truck came but they dont know what the truck is carrying? WTF?! Your a manager and you dont know what items are inside the truck?! Unbelievable. I checked back in 2 hours and another employee told me that no one there to unload the truck. Seriously?!?!?!?! When I came back the employee was just their on his phone and day dreaming.... This is truly the worst and i mean the WORST autozone place. Dont expect to find what you need.

Got a 20% discount and tried to use it to buy a battery. First person was very nice until she saw that I wanted it installed. She told me "one minute and disappeared into the back never to reappear. After about 10 minutes, a second guy comes around asking if he can help me. "Yes" I said, "need a battery""No problem" he says. Then I asked it to be installed and he too disappears. Now Im there 10-15 minutes and a "manager" appears. "Can I help you"?" "Yes, Id like to buy a battery". Sure, we can help you, he says, but no, we cant install it.....REALLY? Auto Shop 101 kids can do it. Your competitors were glad to sell and install my battery. Bye Bye!

I am very disappointed.They referred some grungy old guy with tattoos to do a little minor work on my car.And he charged me a lot of money for the service plus the nasty attitude.The manager from Autozone denied that this guy works for them.But,if they are not getting paid by this guy,why would they refer him to their customers.This guy is probably unlicensed,not paying taxes and his hourly wage is $450-$600 based on how much he charged me.There is no receipt nor guarantee for it.Its daylight robbery.I wish the authorities could do something about it.

The staff here are very unhelpful. The manager named Maria is obnoxious. I asked her a question about a product and if she could help me. She first gave me an attitude then had me stand and waiting for close to 30 min for a simple thing that takes one minute at most. The other guy I cant remember his name also seemed like his was trying to avoid helping me even when I approached him.

Every single time you walk in this autozone you have to make sure youre not in a rush, cause youre gunna be spending at least 20 to 30 min of waiting for somebody to help you out. There is at least 3 to 4 people in the store but only 1 of them is at the cashier while 2 are talking and the other one is on the phone. Worst customer service.

I had the worse experience here. This used to be a good store but when I asked for advice on my purchase the store manager Tina was rude she has no customer etiquette. She stood with her head phones in her ears and when I ask the young man at the cashier for advice she said we dont give advice we only sell products

Im a every day client , i always buy my part for my cars at this autozone ,the managers and all the employee are aways so helpful. My recommendations, if you have any problems with your Battery ,ingine light on or ect.this is the right place to go. Thank you, Autozone Staff GOD BLESS YOU ALL

I basically only buy car care like wiper blades, cleaners and fluids. Occasionally I get bulbs. Im not buying or renting parts and tools though they do appear to offer that. I dont think they offer a varied selection and the staff isnt always helpful when I am looking for something specific.

There is a stupid emplyee that looks like a crackhead snoop lion who wouldnt do a check engine light code read. Was rude and sounded uneducated and frankly not happy with his life decisions. Please go to another autozone. Preferably in Pennsylvania where people treat you nicer.

The assistant manager I believe her name is Maria has a nasty attitude and treats her employees like crap. I dont know why people like her have a job. Her customer service sucks. She cant even do her job right. All I wanted help was with my battery. Never will go there again

Great place to buy parts, but make sure you take your original part with you so you know you are getting the correct part. I had to get a tie rod for my truck, although the part numbers in there computers matched, the part did not, but they gladly refunded me for the part.

People here are rude and when you ask for help its likes you are disturbing them. I had this one guy who was on his cell phone at the register. I asked him if I could pay for something and he looked at me like I was disturbing his conversation.

Usually very helpful staff ...sadly this weekend 10/7/16 the woman behind the register was not ready to work and kept telling her coworkers that she is quitting on Monday. I think she should leave and let someone who needs the job work there.

its purely a pick and grab store. dont expect any customer service or help because youll just be greeted by nasty attitudes and lack of knowledge. add in a 15min wait to check out and you have your usual time at this place.
