I WENT IN TO THE METRO PCS LOCATED IN SOUTH ST PAUL MN ON SOUTHVIEW BLVD TO PAY MINE AND MY DAUGHTERS PHONE BILL...I AM NEW TO METRO PCS I JUST SWITCHED OVER FROM BOOST AND GOT ON THE 2 FOR 60 PLAN...WHEN I PAID MY BILL I WAS CONCERED SEEING THAT IT WAS A LITTLE SMALLER THAN I EXPECTED SO I ASKED STEPHANIE THE REPRESENTATIVE THERE IF SHE COULD LOOK INTO WHY MY BILL WAS ONLY $47 AND IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN AROUND $65 (WITH TAX)...STEPHANIE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND DID HER BEST TO TRY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM THAT THE REPRESENTATIVE MADE ON MY ACCOUNT FROM ANOTHER METRO PCS..(WHERE I SWITCHED OVER TO METRO) STEPHANIE WAS NOT ABLE TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND HAD HER MANAGER TRACY STEP IN TO TAKE A LOOK...WHEN TRACY CAME OUT OF THE BACK ROOM SHE WAS IMMEDIATELY NOT HAPPY WITH HAVING BEEN INTERRUPTED FROM WHAT SHE WAS DOING TO HELP OUT WITH A CUSTOMER...TRACY PRETTY MUCH IMMEDIATELY TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO GO BACK TO THE STORE I PURCHASED FROM AND THERE WAS NOTHING SHE COULD DO SINCE THE 2 FOR $60 PLAN EXPIRED 2 DAYS PRIOR...SO NOW I WAS STUCK ON A "FAMILY PLAN" FOR $50 A MONTH WITH 1GB FOR 2 LINES!!!! (NOT WHAT I SIGNED UP FOR BY FAR)...I TOLD TRACY I DID NOT WANT TO GO BACK TO THE OTHER METRO PCS BECAUSE I WAS SURE THE REP WHO HELPED ME THERE WOULD TELL ME THE SAME THING AS TRACY "THE PLAN EXPIRED" WASTE OF GAS AND TIME SO I ASKED TRACY IF SHE COULD CALL IN TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TELL THEM THE ISSUE AND MAYBE THEY COULD FIGURE IT OUT INTERNALLY WHAT HAPPENED WITH MY ACCOUNT...TRACY WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THAT REQUEST...TRACY TOLD ME "I DO NOT WANT TO WASTE TIME OUT OF MY DAY TO FIX OTHER PEOPLES PROBLEMS" IN THOSE EXACT WORDS AND IN FRONT OF HER EMPLOYEE WHO LOOKED SO UNCOMFORTABLE AND EMBARRASSED! I WAS IN SUCH DISBELIEF THAT THIS WAS A MANAGER IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION! I HAVE BEEN IN CUSTOMER SERVICE MY WHO LIFE 20+ YEARS AND THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE SO I TOLD TRACY HOW UNACCEPTABLE HER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WERE AND SHE BEGIN TO GET EVEN MORE FRUSTRATED AND YELLED AT ME SAYING SHE DIDNT LIKE MY TONE? WHAT TONE? OR WAS IT ME CALLING HER CUSTOMER SERVICE UNACCEPTABLE THAT INFURIATED HER? AFTER PULLING MY VIDEO CAMERA OUT AND PRESSING RECORD SHE STARTED DIALING...CUSTOMER SERVICE...I COULD CONTINUE BUT I THINK YOU GET THE POINT...STEPHANIE WAS VERY KIND AND APOLOGIZED FOR TRACYS BEHAVIOR WHEN TRACY WALKED AWAY TALKING TO CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT MY ACCOUNT (WHERE I COULD NOT HEAR HER) TO SUM IT ALL UP MY ACCOUNT GOT FIXED ONCE I GOT ON THE LINE MYSELF AT THE STORE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BASICALLY HANDLED IT MYSELF. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

went to go look for a case for my phone. she told me how much the case cost then tried shorting me change, just because this is a janky ass metro pcs store that never has change for customers dont mean you can try and short me on my change smfh. oh, and tried to go pay my bill today and couldnt because she was having system issues, lol. wow. oh AND they have all these phones up for display but half or more of them they dont even have in stock!!! go somewhere else... dont waste your time going here...

Ok i am once again going to try to use metro pcs for my carrier last time they screwed me this time im wiser. Its the only cell store in walking distance i need phone so here goes.
