Well I would love to say that these guys are stand up and honest I purchased a 2015 Vulcan voyager from terry. I took out this past Saturday and the bike stalls on me when taking off from a stop. I thought holy crap wtf the bike only had 250 miles. So I get it home and suck some of the fuel out and its green in color so I suck it all out and put premium fuel in there. I contacted the dealership on Monday and explained situation to Terri and he patched me to the service guy and he assured me that the bike was inspected. What kind of parts was I looking for. Hmm. I hung up the phone and called Terry back and he patched me through to his sales manager. Pretty much no help from him. Hmm. I took the steps to get it over to a Kawasaki dealer which figured it out for me the bike has after market pipes which causes irregular fuel and air mixture which will cause back firing and also can stall bike. Hmm okay called Terry right away and explained what the bike needs in order for it to run right. Patched me to the owner Mr. Scott who proceeded to give me the run around and told me pretty much oh well hmmm. Well all I was hoping for that they would just make it right that is what customer service is all about. I was trying to give you guys an opportunity to take care of this for me as a customer who just less than a month just purchased a bike from you guys umm sorry I feel this way. Im not bad mouthing Im just wanting my bike to be safe and obviously you guys dont care Id like to share this with everyone who is thinking of buying from these guys Dont in my opinion. A very upset and more than pissed off customer who needs a power commander a crash bar and a saddle bag I could have seriously gotten hurt and they claim that they did do a safety and inspection on this bike

Called the dealership and I spoke with a salesman CARL. I requested what I was looking for, and I had to repeat to him more than once what I wanted. If you make a request to a salesman than thats what he needs to work with. He abruptly told me NO!!! CARL hung up on me. I called back to speak with a manager and CARL answered the phone, and I said, " I got your name CARL". CARL literally blew up my phone (figuratively speaking) several times, but I refused to answer. Why would he call me back? My purpose was to get his name. I guess he finally figured out I was not going to answer the phone. Than he left a subtle voicemail. I happened to be in the area and I stopped by to speak with the owner/Dick Scott explaining my ordeal, what good that that do... He offered to take my name in case something came in. I told him I would not purchase a bike from his dealership and I told him, if CARL continues to harass me I will file a police report for harassment against CARL. I am a business owner and there is no way I would have tolerated the immaturity and childishness of my employee or family member working for me. I told (DICK) SCOTT social media is a very strong communication. Because of this action, would you spend your hard earned money to be treated the way I was? Therefore , If you have to go ( Dick) Scott Powersports, "DO NOT GO TO CARL FOR YOUR SALES". Cycle Trader offers better deals on bikes pre-owned and new. I have given them a negative rating throughout social media.

Andrew & I owe a huge thank you to Terry, Steve and Nick! I spent the morning wandering through Harley Dealerships with no luck... everyone ignored me and what I said I was looking for but kept showing Andrew bikes out of the price range. We decided wed stop one last place that day and Im so glad we did! Terry greeted both of us at the door and was extremely helpful when I had no idea what I was looking for. I fell in love with the second bike he showed me and Andy found a red 1200 Harley. Tonight after work we went up, Steve got us all set up, Nick helped order a windshield for Andys new Harley... one problem... as new riders we were nervous to take them home and did not plan this far ahead after work. I was so excited to have my bike in my driveway and was sad to leave them at the store... Terry & Steve jumped on our bikes and made one last delivery AFTER their shift ended. I dont think they know how happy they made me! Ill never go anywhere else for gear or future motorcycles.

Recently purchased an Indian Chief Vintage, black in color. After ridding Harleys for years, decided to make a switch. Wasnt a bad ideal. The bike preforms great, the ride is outstanding ,and the styling is just something that you cant stop looking at. As for the dealership, upon my arrival, I was greeted by Terry. He showed me several touring cycles, and outlined the difference between them as well as price. He was quite friendly, and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. When I went to close the deal on my cycle, he had it clean, looking good, but not a full tank of gas. I said to myself that since they gave me good price, I could spend the extra fifteen bucks to fill it up LOL. The cycle was delivered two days later and looked even better in my garage. Ive had it for a week now, and have waxed it three times. Im a happy camper with my cycle, and will purchase from Dick Scott Classic Motorcycles again in the future.

I recently purchased my 2017 Indian Scout Sixty and it was such a great experience, an absolute blast! Carl got me the bike I wanted with the accessories I wanted which was awesome but in addition to that he got me 0% financing, a MC Insurance policy $100 less than my carrier offered, and on top of all that Carl made the experience so much fun! I love my MC, it is exactly what I wanted and could not be happier! If your in the market check out DS Powersports and definitely ask for Carl, you will not regret it!

Best experience Ive ever had with any business! This is my first time buying a motorcycle, and the saleman (Terry) was not pushy; he gave me all the time I needed to make my choice; he gave me all the information I needed about the bike I bought, and all the information I needed about what Dick Scott Freedom Powersport could do to help me in the future. Every salesperson there was helpful and u would recommend this place to anyone buying a new or used motorcycle!

Everyone from the parts guy Sean to Terry in sales and Jeff the manager has treated me with the utmost respect whenever I walk in the doors and everyone always remembers my name no matter how long its been since my last visit.
