Raynham location.Brought my laptop in for a corrupted bootfile after an auto update back in 2012. While I was waiting the manager made 2 phone calls to customers saying they needed new hard drives, I got a bad feeling but dropped it off anyway and explained the issue.Of course I get a call two weeks later and he says I need a new hard drive $90 plus $60 for the diagnostic & install.I went in to pick up the laptop after refusing his diagnosis and argued that the odds of the hard drive being damaged after an auto update are tiny. I said it just needed to be wiped and have a fresh windows install. He said no way, its the hard drive and charged me $60 and sent me on my way with my "broken hard drive". So I took it upon myself to wipe the hard drive with the appropriate software and reinstall windows, then updated, and its 5 YEARS LATER & THE LAPTOP STILL RUNS FLAWLESSLY WITH THE SAME ALLEGEDLY "BROKEN HARD DRIVE! So folks, thats all you need to know about this business and how they make their money. I decided to write this review 5 years later because I saw they were still in business and I cant imagine how many people they have taken advantage of since then. Raynham deserved better.

I called just after Christmas and told them that I was getting a message on my laptop that the AC adaptor had a problem and that dell told me I needed either a new battery or a new input. They took my name and number down, and said if they could find the part theyd let me know. Over a month later, I called to see what was going on and they said theyve had my part and to come in. I went in and they insisted I gave them the wrong model of my computer, which I 100% did not and then they told me I only asked for a new battery, which is also wrong, but they didnt even get the right battery anyway. Then they told me if I wanted my computer fixed, Id have to either leave it there, or come back in 2 weeks and pay them $150 because they ordered the wrong parts. Really upset, because I really need my computer for school, and now its still busted, never coming back to this place.

I have been using CTS Computers for about 20 years. If you want someone who knows their stuff and doesnt charge you an arm and a leg they are the best. Not to mention honest. After my first visit i knew i was dealing with good people. All of the staff is very knowledgeable. I have bought many computers, toner and laptops. They will work with you and not try to get you to buy stuff you dont need. Virus are butt kicked. I highly recommend them

Huang and his people are the best! I was literally feeling sick when my work laptop crashed, but they had me up and running in no time at all. They were so accommodating in all my work needs and made sure that every detail was taken care of before I left their shop. They saved the day for me! A huge thank you to them.
