I have dealt with Richard Burton for many years it has always been pleasure trading vehicles with him. Prior to finalizing this deal I had worked with Justin Sokeland on several vehicles including the truck I finally bought, we look at several different finance options. Not once did Justin act like he was frustrated or try to make me buy something I did not want like other dealers had I dealt with while looking for a new vehicle try to do. Commitment to the customer has been Bedford Fords philosophy every since I knew them when I worked at visteon. I would suggested anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle to stop by and give them a try. You just might find the car or truck you are looking for. I am very happy with my new truck, I fear the truck might be smarter than me. haha. I really like this truck ever since I see it, the look, the body style, the interior, the ride is all amazing. Thank you Richard and Justin for your time and dedication to me the customer, this is rare in this day and age.

Had a bad experience today with Bedford Ford Dealership My boss had to drop off his ford truck for service I called ahead to make arrangements to have him a ride from there to a rental place for another truck rick says thats all taken care of and to find out later that when my boss got there they tried to pawn him off on some stranger that dont work there nor the rental place just an older gent getting an oil change so if that was shady enough I called them and spoke with logan who then lied so I asked to speak with the manager matt who was givin wrong info from logan no surprises there thats ok no more going to Bedford ford so if you need to make arrangement on alternative transportation dont make it with Bedford ford theyll try to set u up with some stranger who just happens to be there

Ive taken my F150 there twice (so far) for service, and have been more than satisfied both times. The guys there know what theyre doing, are efficient, friendly, and honest. If additional work beyond what was originally called for is needed, theyll give you a call before proceeding so you arent surprised by any extra charges. You can take them your own parts, or arrange to have further service performed elsewhere, if you so choose. For all the work I dont have the tools for, or dont have the knowledge or time to perform myself, Ill continue to bring my Ford vehicles here.

Made an appointment with Randy to test drive a used car to be used by my 16 year old new driver. Arrived at the dealer and randy had left for the day. He had called a coworker 5 minutes before we arrived to tell him we were coming. But they had sold the car. My husband and I both took off work early to make the appointment and it was a 45 min drive. They had my cell phone number when I made the appointment but no curtesy call a call from the dealer. I would not recommend this dealer and I would not recommend Randy as a salesperson.

Bought a 2016 Lincoln MKX from the dealership and I had an excellent experience. Everyone was very helpful , the process was fast and the people were knowledgeable. I love the Lincoln and its features. The Lincoln customer service is extra special from the loaner vehicle I get to the free complimentary car washes I get as a customer of Bedford Ford Lincoln. Everything was awesome ! I have had service done on my Lincoln at Bedford Ford Lincoln which was fast and the service techs were polite and knowledgeable.

Every other dealer or bank I spoke to told me that I would not be approved without a cosigner, which was not an option for me. The wonderful staff at Bedford Ford heard my story and had no doubts that they could get me financed. I was able to leave the lot with the car I hand-picked, and they were patient with me in waiting for my down payment to come through. The only negative of my experience was that the car did not come with a full tank of gas—a small ($15) price to pay for an otherwise perfect experience!

Went in last week to see if I could test drive a Ford Flex. I wasnt sure if I would like them or not. I loved it, but also ended up driving a Ford Edge. I really wasnt ready to purchase just yet. The prices were right. Greg C. was our salesman. He worked very hard to ensure everything was good to go. He came in on his day off and finalized the deal. Everything went really smooth and I walked away with a new car yesterday. Great people and great service! You wont be disappointed.

Rick Sparks made our car buying experience pretty darn good. There was no pressure to buy even though he knew I was looking at different brands. He let me test drive anything and everything I wanted because I wasnt sure what I wanted. Everyone in the team from Rick to the guy who handled our buying paperwork was awesome! We got exactly the SUV we were wanting (2017 Ford Edge) and love all the perks that come with being a Bedford Ford customer and a customer for life.

I am Satisfied. Belt pulley noise is gone and brakes are excellent with no grinding. My only negative comment in general is trying to get through to someone to setup an appointment. After the receptionist answers the phone it is a long time until service takes the call. Scheduling on-line still requires a phone call to establish contact and confirm you want an appointment. Other than that, always great service!

I absolutely love Bedford Ford Lincoln. I have always had great experiences and the staff are wonderful. As in any business, however, there are occasional hiccups, but nothing that cant be fixed or adjusted or taken care of quickly and efficiently. Thanks to all the Staff at Bedford Ford and also at their sister Dodge dealer. Good job all!!!

Went in for a basic oil change/lube, which usually takes 1/2 hour to 45 minutes, but this time I was there over 2 1/2 hours. No explanation, no "Sorry it took so long but...". Definitely took the "Quick" out of Quick Lane. I go here because its close and convenient, but theres another place right next door, so I think Ill try next time.
