!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!! VERY LIMITED REFUND POLICY ON FURNITURE! My Cindy Crawford Colors Couch Collection came delivered to my home with a lot of damage on all three pieces. After reviewing the damage of the chunks of exposed wood that has been scrapped off the bottom trims, exposed dented wood on the legs, the center leg post bent all the way to the right side, hole in the fabric lining the goes across the bottom, creases in the fabric from rubbing against something to where I can see the wood outlines of the frame, etc.... I told them that I didnt want it. They pointed out that since I already threw away the old couch to make room for the new ones, to keep these until replacement comes. So the delivery guys convinced me to keep them. This was the second mistake that I made. The first one was going to ROOMS-TOGO to buy a couch set! DO NOT LET DELIVERY PERSONS LEAVE ANY FURNITURE IN YOUR HOME OR OFFICE IF DAMAGE. Have them take every thing back. This is the only way to get a refund. Maybe? Well my wife got home last night and pointed out that "if ROOMS-TO-GO damaged the couchs this bad on all three pieces, then our 5 children would damage this couchs easily." We did explain our big family to the sales person and explaining our home situation with our kids. When we saw the grey showroom Cindy Crawford set, it was set up different then we needed it to be for our home. We were told by the sales person that this couch set would be a great fit for us. He pointed to a poster and said we could pick design we needed to fit our home. This poster had different styles on position and color. Because they dont have the type we pick in this location, the sales guy had to order it online and then it would be delivered on Tuesday. He recommended stain protection and extended warranties because of our children, which we bought. I want to point out again our set was not in store and was ordered online from that store. Well after the damage we saw, we determined that this couch is not for us. I called corporate today and spoke to Ashley. She explained to me to different ways to exchange and refund. Most of them were NO REFUND, ONLY RETURN for EXCHANGE. If you were to buy furniture in store you have 48 hours before delivery to cancel for refund. If furniture is delivered to your home and left, You have 48 hours to find damage and report it for exchange and then finally after some back and forth, she said if we (meaning my wife or myself) or the ROOMS-TO-GO location had to order the furniture online and then be delivered I would have 48 hours to refunded for damage or didnt fit. Bingo, thats exactly our situation. She told me that corporate doesnt handle exchange or refunds and that I would have to call the sales person at ROOMS-TO-GO. Basically passing the buck back to sales people! WHAT? WHY? ARENT I DEALING WITH CORPORATE? !CORPORATE HANDLES WARRANTY and DELIVERY EXCHANGES! I called back to store they said "No refunds" then corporate again which sent me back to the store again. Finally I spoke to Jason the store manager, just for him to explain to me that there would be NO REFUND. Because they have that grey Cindy Crawford on display. I explained that we pick off a poster and that the Grey set up is different from the one we ordered online in the store. Still we would not qualify for refund. My Cindy Crawford Couchs that was ordered online by their sales guy but did not qualify because of this display. So after hours on the phone to resolve this, I have to exchange and they wont pick up the damage couchs until I come in and pick another and only then will they pick up the damage couchs. I paid over $2,500.00 for the CINDY CRAWFORD COLOR COUCH SET and 2 days later my damage furniture was delivered. Now I have to go back and start this process again with five kids in tow before 30 days are up or Im stuck. They sold me a top of line couch set that they destroyed easily, and now want me to trust them on a new couch. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! !!!AGAIN, BUYER BEWARE, VERY LIMITED REFUND POLICY!!!

La compra en Rooms to go nos ha generado un estrés a mí y a mi familia horrible. Primero uno de los mueble no funcionó en nuestra sala y lo devolvimos, y a esta altura el manager de la tienda no nos ha llamado para ajustarnos el pago y rebajar la cantidad de la cuenta. Segundo nos entregaron un mueble con defecto que para cambiarlo hemos tenido que recopilar y mandar más pruebas que un detective, además que enviaron un técnico que según él todo estaba bien, parece que le pagan para que diga eso y que el cliente se quede con el mueble roto. No confían en la palabra del cliente, ni les importa que uno esté pagando el dinero. Él manager de la tienda y el vendedor nos prometieron una tarjeta de $50 por la gran compra que hicimos y aún la estamos esperando. Además como devolvimos un mueble las lámparas no la incluyeron en la oferta y tuvimos que pagarlas. En fin...que no vuelvo a comprar en esta tienda, no tengo tiempo ni ganas para llamadas, quejas, sugerencias ni trámites burocráticos. No la recomiendo para nada.

Seriously read all the 1 star reviews regarding damaged furniture being delivered, and how customer service wont work with you. Take a moment to do some basic research. I didnt take these reviews seriously until after I ordered our furniture and waited 2 months. Now were 3 months in and we just received the last bit of damaged furniture on our now 4th delivery. Once you spend the $ they have no intention of treating you the same as before you spent anything. Were on our 4th delivery, and they refuse to make anymore. Its not our fault RTG sent the wrong chairs, or that the table was damaged. Its not the customers responsibility to accept used/damaged furniture just because RTG decided to send damaged/used product for exchange. Their own delivery team wouldnt even bother taking the furniture off their truck because as they explained it it was USED, damaged, rewrapped, and no one in their right mind would take the product. We took pictures and asked to reschedule delivery with new undamaged product. They refuse to deliver now because they claim theyve sent out delivery 3× even though it was wrong furniture the 1st time, damaged the 2nd time, and used/damaged the 3rd. They laugh at you over the phone just before they hang up on you. No one in their customer service department is willing to address these issues professionally. It should also be said that youll have work around theit schedule for any delivery after the first. We didnt even know they had scheduled our 2nd, 3rd delivery until the night before. So get ready to use some vacation days to take off work in the hopes that their delivery team will even show up. Worst company experience in all my years. Will never shop at a RTG or any other company owned by them. Truly beware, and understand that RTG does not have your best interest in hand.

Mi posición es un poco neutral fui a esta tienda, me atendieron muy bien la verdad, pero hubo algo muy extraño que no me dio confianza me pidieron verificar mi crédito para poder decirme si me podían financiar lo que quería, al verificar el crédito firme en la pantalla de la computadora varias cosas en conjunto cuando le facilite el numero de social y segundos después el sr me dice que mi crédito no es bueno y cerró la pantalla de la PC sin dejarme ver absolutamente nada, no vi nada que decía si Si o No fue instantáneo le dije que yo quería ver y me dijo que No que podía volver a ver el resultado, lo único que se es que anoto un numero en un papel que era el numero de transacción y me paso con otra persona, la verdad ya había leído en algúnos review información referente al social y al trato en esta tienda por favor pendiente
