I had bought a pair of Mens Ferragamo Shoes ($682 w tax) online and i was sent the wrong size. I contacted customer service and i was told to go to Merrick Place mainly b/c they have the most options of shoes in case they didnt have my size. I went in with my shoes and all the info that came with them. I was met by a gentleman that was very helpful but he did not work in the Shoe section. Upon going through the system he did all he could but they did not have my size. He showed me similar shoes and after trying on 6 or 7 different ones we found a pair i liked. Then came the exchange. He couldnt get find a price so he asked the sales manager to help. The manager of the mens shoe section, Mr. Alexander Leiva, was the most rude person i have ever met. His whole demeanor was not professional and mind u he looked very sloppy (Blazer and a tie- his collar button was closed but the next 2 buttons were open exposing his hair to the world). Instead of being helpful he was very condescending and rude. He couldnt figure out what to do so he sent another salesperson, Ms. Patricia Hoffman, over who was worse than he was. For the first time in my life i felt like i was being degraded. They made me feel as if i was worthless with their tone and their behavior. After about 30min of taking their disrespect, i grabbed my shoes and walked out. NEVER again would i ever recommend anyone to shop at this Nordstrom. Worst experience of my life. I actually contacted customer service again and theyve told me to go in and exchange the shoes but i still have no desire to go to this store ever again.

Terrible experience. I bought a pair of Seven jeans and they were in the process of being altered. Before they started with the alteration I found out that the Seven company itself was having a sale. I went back to Nordstrom to ask if I could price match with the Seven companys sale. The salesman (Fred) flat out told me that it wasnt possible because it would hurt his bottom line. Really? Thats what you tell a costumer? I would have been happier if hed told me that I couldnt return them because of company policy or what not. but he flat out told me that he wouldnt do it because of his bottom line. He then went to the some kid in the jeans department and told me that he was the manager, and had the kid told me that they couldnt price match and that the alternations were already done. I said ok then I want to take them with me today. After a bunch of eh and ah they finally admitted that they havent even started with the alteration. I asked to see the general manager and asked to return them. He said he couldnt believe the jeans department manager told me this and that and we walked back together. Turns out the kid who my salesman claimed to be the department manager was a nobody, he was just a regular employee. And the real jeans department manager fixed the issue for me. Im only giving the store 2 stars because they finally fixed the issue. Otherwise itd be no stars at all.

I normally love Nordstrom, however; this review to in regards to a horrible customer service experience I just encountered today. 2 Thousand dollar gift cards were purchased on a Wednesday and supposedly overnighted to the recipients. Made several calls to customer service to track these cards - nobody knew where they were. Went into Nordstrom today to find out what was going on only to be told the cards were never sent out. Nobody called to say your cards will be delayed or anything. We had to waste hours of our time on the phone and in person to figure out where $2000 was. Very disappointed in their lack of professionalism and customer service. Shocked in fact. Never had such a frustrating shopping experience before.

My husband and I live near by and are regular customers of Nordstrom at Merrick Park. I have had previous experiences with Channel and MAC sales representatives that I would rate poorly, but not bad enough to write a review. This time we felt that the sales person tricked us into purchasing an "exclusive to Nordstrom" (his words) mens perfume that we found out is available at Sears, Walmart, and Amazon for half the price. We returned the perfume minutes after finding out, but I will never go back to buy any perfumes at this store on principle. Just so you know, the "exclusive to Nordstrom" item is Marly Pegasus for men Eau de Perfume. There is no need for tricking customers.

Love. Love. Love. Anyone who knows me, knows I love Nordstrom. I love Nordstrom online, I love the bistro (now Bazille) but this particular store is the best by far. The staff is always extremely helpful and inviting. They are not pushy, they remember your name and they make the shopping experience very pleasant. The food at Bazille is amazing. Try the Cilantro Shrimp salad and the fries. They took the Strawberry Shortcake off the menu (which was my personal favorite) but the Creme Brule makes up for it.

I had Really bad experience, I order at the bar something for carry out and the two ladies that were working that day were super rude and ignoring me, when I went back 20 minutes after to pick up the food ( that was sitting there ready on the side) they kept me waiting for 15 more minutes, again ignoring me. This was surprising to me since all the staff at Nordstrom is friendly and professional, Im never going back to Brazille at Merrick Parck.

Always shop here and I love nordstrom . Recently i visited this location and i was extremely disappointed. I over heard a conversation between coworkers speaking about their hours being cut off and being sent home early. Mainly because of favoritism and racial preference from what i understood. Which is what really bothered me. Besides the cashier was rude . Wont be going back to this location.

Parking is good, the ambiance and outdoor gardens are beautiful to watch. I come here because I am committed to two establishments in the mall. The mall is filled with high end stores, some of them are way to expensive for what they are selling. There are some restaurants in the mall and, primarily thats the reason why I come.

Favorite mall in Miami, something about it even feels oddly Hawaiian (perhaps because it is impeccably landscaped). Great shopping, from favorites like Anthropologie, to high end jewelry stores like Tiffany and Co., there really is something for everyone. Its open air floor plan also encourages a leisurely afternoon outdoors.

Great options. Expensive. In mens suits, service is excellent if youre the only one there. If there are 3+ customers that actually want to shop, they are understaffed to give their usual level of attention. Tailoring services are wonderful for in house alterations but expensive for external purchases.

Sales clerk in the top shop section assumed I was shoplifting because I was putting my sweater into my bag. She quite literally ran to where I was standing to ask me if I wanted to try on my own sweater. Very disappointed with the costumer service.
