My wife and I were nearly 1800 miles from home in a Jeep Wrangler with 80K+ miles on it; we were fulfilling a bucket list item to do some 4-wheeling in Colorado. The Jeep began discharging coolant after some particularly hard driving. We stopped in Frisco and bought a new radiator cap and a thermostat. The person behind the counter provided the needed parts within seconds. After I installed them, problem solved. A day later the Jeep would not start (dead battery). After push starting it, and a day of glorious riding, we stopped again at the Frisco NAPA and bought a battery. When I told the person waiting on me that I was changing the battery in the parking lot he gave me the core charge allowance right then. I carry a tool kit but didnt have the 10mm socket and extension needed to access the battery hold-down bolt. The counter person pulled out his tool kit and loaned me the necessary tools to complete the changeout. The efficiency, professionalism, and courtesy of the sales staff, as well as the right parts really saved our vacation. Anyone needing auto parts in the Frisco/Breckenridge/Keystone area should go to the Frisco NAPA first.

I went there with little money and without even the mechanical knowledge or tools to change my oil, and these gentlemen made it possible for me to change my alternator. They were super friendly and knowledgeable after another auto parts store failed at the simple task of charging my battery. They saved me from tossing a perfectly good battery, saved the cost of labor at a shop, and were very personable and informative!

This is the worst automotive shop I have ever dealt with. They are terrible with people and dont even know how to find parts in their database. Save yourself some time and head straight to Autozone in Silverthorne.

Washer fluid was frozen. Dan was able to diagnose the problem, give us advice on how to prevent it in the future, and even helped put on new wiper blades! A+ service, thank you for all of your help!
