I went to 9 stores or shops in one day with the sole purpose of learning as much as I can about the stores and products and marketing of the products. I just opened a store in kansas (with only some knowledge). This store in particular stood head and shoulders above the rest. I am sorry to say I do not know the names of employees that were there that day.( I am terrible with names) I went in there with no false pretense of being a customer. They knew why I was there and after my experiences at the previous stores I was expecting to be ask to leave. But to my surprise I was not. In fact it was the total opposite. I visited with each of the employees and learned something from each of them. they knew about product and placement. they knew about laws of their state. they were proud of glass blown in their state and displayed it with class. They E-Liquid bar was amazing. and I was surprised to find out how much they really knew about the standard and quality of liquids not only made in the USA and in other countries. I firmly believe in quality over quantity, and I felt like they do as well. I made a purchase, and as I was about to leave the store I was told that if I had more questions not to hesitate to call or stop in. I will definitely be stopping in every time I make it back to your city. As much as i learned about the products the one thing I took from the store most is the quality of staff they have. I will using this as an example when training all of my new employees. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE YOU HAVE PROVIDED ME WITH.

I bought a mini sub ohm starter kit by Snowcloudz at the recommendation of one of their employees here and less than a few weeks in the pen started having problems even with proper care. I took it back to the store to ask about a return or warranty but the employee (male, light brown hair) was extremely unhelpful and didnt seem to care at all. I showed him where the coil (JUST replaced) was literally falling apart in my pen. He didnt even offer to double check with a manager or refer me to one. He just told me I had to contact the manufacturer. Well guess what? The manufacturer website says to take the pen into the shop where it was purchased for warranty help. Of all the employees standing around behind the counter doing nothing but talking to each other, I got this one. Now Im trying to contact them anyways. Myxed Up has lost my business for good, they do not take care of their loyal customers. Vapers: Go to a real vape shop. The difference in knowledge, price, and customer service will shock you. I used to refer friends to Myxed Up, now I tell them to avoid it at all costs.

I LOVE this shop! Myxed up in the shizz! I can get all my smoking necessities here and more! Ive bough candles, clothes, pipes, grinders, posters, vape stuff, dab tools, blunt wraps, and other awesome random things here. Its not just an ordinary shop, its extraordinary! Ive been to their 420/710/random curb sale parties, and they are super cool! Great sales, DJs, firespinners, and free chips. (ENDLESS AMOUNTS of Lays sour cream & onion; The dankest) Go to one if you can. They also have wackey, wavy, inflatable, arm-flailing tubeman on occasion (Hes a local celebrity if youre new to Colorado, which most of you probably are...) The people that work there are almost as spectacular as the selection and price. Like for real, see Brian, Kelsey, Rachael, AJ, Lil Mayo, or Dan when you go in. They know everything about everything and can excitedly show you ALL of the things you would want. Plus theyre hilarious and you need a bright smile, or a good laugh, theyre your go to. Oh and they all drink a lot of H2O, which is good. Youll leave in a great mood and glad you stopped by!

Went here because the green soliton did not have heating elements that I needed and they told me myxed up would have some for me. End up purchasing a heating element for my dr dabber right before the store closed. Unfortunately the piece that I bought was not compatible with my battery and did not work. Came back to the store wanting a refund or exchange for something since I was sold something that did not work for my piece. Whoever helped me, (I think it was the manager?) was not able to return or exchange the item I bought but was able to give me a extra battery they had so I could use the piece I bought. I was expecting them to tell me they couldnt do much for me since you really cant return something thats already been used, but they went out of their way to make this situation right and that really speaks well about this company! I would definitely recommend coming here, great customer service, huge amount of gear to pick from and good vibes.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING service! Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I walked in with minor pre-researched data on vape pens but felt really comfortable just asking for their full guidance on quality concerns and getting the most for my budget. Assistant Manager Rachel was amazing -- she listened so thoroughly to what I initially wanted (two different pens for two different processes) and expertly walked me through all the small details and differences for the two selected pens. Although I was fairly comfortable with one type of pen I had never used the other type before, and she was so helpful in detailing the uses and cautions. Overhearing other conversations with staff in the store, I can attest that theyre equally fantastic with seasoned customers as well as first time visitors to the store. *Update* Just went back last week and Tristan helped me find what I needed -- incredibly professional and courteous!

I just moved here to Denver (like everyone else Ive met in Denver), from Kansas. Needless to say, there arent many shops like this in Kansas. I have been to a couple other shops in town like this, but they made me feel like I was in a porn shop or something. Then I happened across Myxed Up, and it was such a different experience. Nice, big, well lit, clean location. Huge selection of glass pipes, and bon...... I mean water pipes. They had posters, incense, vaporizers, clothing, jewelry. Great shop. If you have never been there, you are missing out! Staff was friendly, helpful, and fun. One of the guys even started dancing for me when MC Hammer, "You Cant Touch This" came on the radio. Im definitely going to be frequenting this place plenty in my next several years in Denver. Like Dorothy would say, "I aint in Kansas anymore"!

On my very first visit to Myxed UP Creations, I was treated like a regular. And since that day, I havent shopped ANYWHERE else! On my most recent trip, Rachael helped me pick out the perfect glass rig. Despite being some what novice in the realm of glass and overwhelmed by the possibilities, Rachael helped me find each piece of my setup, from rig to "dozer". She took me through every step of the prep and use of my rig. Rachael has demonstrated her knowledge and expertise regarding the products she sells. Definitely wont be shopping anywhere else anytime soon, and I cant wait to go back in and see my friends Darius, AJ, Jay and Rachael.
