I cannot say enough words of praise for Vespa of Sherman Oaks...they simply are a...Class Act! After having called on two other dealers in Southern California, and after having received a real run around from one and a tremendously higher quote from the other, by chance, I decided to call Vespa of Sherman Oaks and realized during the first 5 minutes of phone conversation, that I was going to buy from them!!! From the very beginning, Linda was the sales person each of us hope to find: knowledgeable, patient, accommodating and fast with her best quote (which turned out to be a truly great price!). What a relief indeed. Linda helped me pick additional accessories and offered delivery even for the following day. I decided to have my 300 GTS 2015 delivered right after Thanksgiving and it arrived, punctually and Kyle, the technician, did a professional demonstration of all features, offered invaluable insider suggestions for best enjoyment of my Vespa and quickly walked me through the documents part. So impressed I have been with their service and soft-selling approach that I told Linda that all the future service and purchase of any additional items for my Vespa will take place at their shop. I am in sales myself and can attest that the level of knowledge, salesmanship and honesty of Vespa Sherman Oaks is a refreshing experience. I very highly recommend Vespa of Sherman Oaks: just try them and you will be instantly convinced that they are the shop you want to buy from!

We purchased my wifes Vespa from these folks and have had nothing but good experiences with them. - We first checked out their showroom on a busy Saturday afternoon and got immediate attention. This was the first place we stopped in our hunt for a new scooter and we received knowledgeable, patient, no pressure answers to all of our questions. Written quotes where put together for us to compare various models, setups & "out the door" prices. We visited other dealers and considered other makes of scooters but decided we ultimately wanted a Vespa . Upon our return to VSO they remembered us, our kids and just about everything that we had discussed during our initial visit. Weve received nothing but prompt service service and helpful support since making our purchase and we are glad that we purchased from these people.

Unbelievably great service and such an honest group of people! I wish all the business I dealt with were as helpful and honest. Weve always felt that this store bends over backwards to keep us happy and theyve even talked us out of more expensive products to make sure we have the right products. They are NOT all about making a buck but about a happy client base. Check out the reviews on Yelp! Lonnie bends over backwards to provide great service. So when it was time to buy my son a helmet to ride on the back to school -- Linda and Dave made sure we had the best helmet for size and weight for utmost safety and not about the most buck. They certainly couldve played on our emotions but they did what is right by us. They make us feel like family. I wouldnt shop anywhere else.

I dont know what these people are talking about...Vespa of Sherman Oaks is BY FAR the friendliest, smartest, most service-oriented Vespa dealership Ive ever visited - and I once worked for another Vespa dealer in the South Bay! David and Lynda have always greeted us with smiles. We even bring our scooters up to Sherman Oaks from Orange County for servicing because we wont let anyone but Drew and Lonnie touch them. These people are the real deal - they have integrity, theyre honest, theyre friendly, and theyre experts in the industry. Ive been to many other Vespa dealers in the United States and can honestly say Vespa of Sherman Oaks is THE place to go for new scoots, used ones, service, apparel and accessories.

These are easily the most miserable, disagreeable people youll find anywhere. The "owner" constantly telling me hes the largest Vespa dealer in the US and doesnt have to deal on his bikes, with a bitter condescending attitude the whole time. As long as you go in and say "Ill take that one", pay what they want you to pay, and then shut up and do whatever youre told, youlll have a pleasant experience. Thats the only explanation for the positive reviews these people get. Take a look at their "not recommended" reviews on Yelp that the owner has managed to suppress. There youll find the truth. I left and Ill gladly pay the same or more to buy somewhere else.

Went from totally psyched to meet these "wonderful people" who manage the #1 Vespa dealership in the US and buy a new scooter, to what a couple of jerks in less than 10 minutes. Mid afternoon, mid-week, I walk into an empty shop and am treated like Im wasting their time for being in their store. This from the owners, not the hired help. Didnt feel that welcome/friendly vibe at all, just the opposite. Zero deals and even a sarcastic "good luck with that" when I told them Id look for a dealer to sell me the scooter I wanted for less than MSRP. Seriously? Very sad experience.

I cannot tell you how thrilled I am with my experience buying my new Vespa LX 150 through Vespa Of Sherman Oaks! After an appalling experience with Southbay Vespa it was a real treat dealing with a world-class team who was able to not only help me select the right bike for my needs but do so with a smile and genuine care in customer service. A BIG kudos to the Sherman Oaks team!! This dealership is for people who want to be treated well by a knowledgeable staff who will go above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience.

Dave, the owner, of Vespa Sherman Oaks has a real smooth delivery and takes the stand offish sales approach -- no pressure. Hell also boast how his shop is the largest volume dealer and if the finance company isnt able to finance you that hell go to bat for you and fight for his prospective customers. The dude did nothing whatsoever. In fact, I got better service and someone actually fighting to do whatever he can to get me finance by the name of Edward over at Honda Kawasaki of Santa Monica. Stay away from this place.

Usually dont write reviews- actually, first one Ive ever written. This is place is great. I purchased my Vespa back in May of this year (2014) and the service Ive received here has been excellent. David, the shop owner, apologized for being late the day I came in (by 10 minutes) and he threw in my helmet (at a $250.00 value) for free. Ive gotten my Vespa serviced there and its really the only place I trust to tell me the truth. I highly, highly recommend this place.

Excellent service! I have an 03 LX150 that made a clunking noise in the front every time I would go over any uneven surface. I told them what I was hearing and they were incredibly knowledgeable about what exactly was the matter. They scheduled me in a timely manner, and the scooter now has the smoothest ride ever! Plus, they even adjusted my brake handles for free as theyve been uneven for a while now. Thanks for going the extra mile, Sherman Oaks Vespa!

Everyone working in this shop is so stuck up and rude. Couldnt even bother looking up to say hello when I walked in or offer to help me find anything. When I told him I have a 2004 aprilia, he basically laughed in my face and said if I ever have any problems with it I wont be able to get it fixed, especially there because apparently they only work on those that are newer than 2007 because otherwise its too complicated and time consuming.
