I bounce around between a few cycle gears ( Topanga/ Canoga Park, Culver City, & this one) All on average customer service is the same all sometimes overbearing with the repeated " can I help you find anything, are you still doing ok?" I generally choose to do my own shopping and not big on waning someone to help me unless I know the item is in the store but unable to locate or over look it somehow but normally I have a reason for one specific item but also will do some browsing incase I stumble on something on sale or a deal on something I cant pass up....I practice this method everywhere I go.. Well this store which is located in a kind if remote strip mall area one way in one way out lot that has the appearance because of its location businesses have left or out of business.. To my point, I went specifically to possibly try a new motor oil for my 08 cbr600rr from the norm (Mobil 1) also to specifically to get a chain cleaner, lube, & if carried A new chain(525 120)... I went to the oil area and checked out what was in stock and started researching reviews on the brands for my specific bike.. If I am going to pay double per qt. from Mobil 1 ($10.99) Mogul ($16.99) Red Line ($18.99) I wanna see if it is worth it..So yes I spend some lingering time doing this..The two guys in the store both came by asking if I was still ok where I repeatedly replied I was fine and thank you..When I could not find a price on some coolant I did ask to check the price which upon that I decided Id get the water wetter also mogul chain cleaner which I had in my hands..The guy asked if he could hold it at the register which I said that would be great.. This is when I became a bit more hyper aware of what may be being implied..I went back to my oil reviews and had decided that their was no real gain to any other oils in stock vs my mobil 1 which I can still by cheaper at autozone..Well out of my perifial view I see that one of the guys is making it fairly obvious to be watching me as if I were in the business of shoplifting. Typically I become verbally combative on an occassion like this but I let it go..I dropped off more stuff at the register and picked up some decals for my sons pocket rocket then checked out..As I was riding home I began to get a bit insulted as I thought on the staring at me blatantly as I shopped.. I spent $73.89 here on this occassion.I am two years out of the Army after 12 yrs of service with 4 deployments to both Iraq and to Afghanistan....I am now on full disability..I have a fair amount of money put back so I hardly need to shop lift..In the store I had my Ranger cap on and my Blackhawk back pack with alot of my old stuff still on my pack..To include my name..Hardly smart to plan a lift with my name clearly visible..My bike parks plate face the store.... I will not shop here again nor will I go to another cycle gear...Only takes once for me to be insulted..

Went in to get some tires mounted. Teens behind the counter werent interested. After I called another CG a buddy works at says thats Bs they change tires when open. So after they agree to do it they ring me up for $113 with rims off the bike. I rarely purchase here and wont return

Decent in store selections, with a huge online store for anything you cant get in store. Staff is young and may not be experts in the products youre looking at; so set your expectations accordingly and youll be a happy camper here.

Great local 8 mile away Motorcycle Accessory Store. Larger selection of helmets and easy to try on. All other basic accessories with a slant on street vs dirt gear. National store with website. Good restaurants near by.

Products in stock are limited and pricey.. Thats NOT to say you will NOT find what you need when you need it; case on point, if your looking for reinforced denim jeans, look to spend at least $98 plus tax..

Good prices and they have a military discount! The staff is either super helpful or rude just the luck of the draw I guess.
