Came here today 10-12-16 to find some parts because of previous good relations with them. Parts that were necessary due to a single bolt failure that would eventually end up to be just under $300. With a migraine due to frustration and disappointment of the failure. I came as described as above and not in the greatest of mood, obviously, when I was greeted by a salesmen that was just sitting playing with his phone. I told him my situation and frustration maybe to get a little sympathy but there was none..just sly remarks blaming me of the failure. Something Im well aware of, but not necessary to put hot sauce on a wound. When I found out the price as stated above, I asked for a good guy discount, but the way things are going I doubt that was going to happen. So I asked if he can just throw in the bolt, which was only $5 for a bolt, and he asked how Im paying, I said card. And he said well then he couldnt. So I asked for the part numbers so in the future I can order it again or if it fails again. Thats when he went coocoo!! He blamed me for wanting to use these part numbers, which he never gave, to buy these items online. Well if I wanted to do that in the first place I could have easily done it at home where you can search part #s for the whole bike if I wanted. And he reminded me of the hard work he had to search for the item, which was about 4 to 6 depressions he had to make on the key board and mouse. I think he was angry because he had to get up personally. I went here because I wanted them to have my business along with small businesses like Jerrys coffee shop and Campos Mex restaurant , but instead he told me to leave because I wasnt supporting theyre business ( Jackie Chans WTF face) In conclusion I left empty handed, while the salesperson was still ranting on saying "seeya". But he did give me a really great idea...too shop online. The retail price he gave was about $20 to $30 above anyone else. Hes been over charging people all this time. So I saved $175 and free shipping online. So if you arent a steady source of income or abit under the weather stay clear..and thanks for the advice sales boy ,and if that was the owner, I feel sorry for you.. The google users below are probably him just making his business look good...

All the staff there are amazing with special props to Jimmy and Dan. When I got my first Jimmy was very helpful. He realized I was on a budget so he did what he could to drop the price on the bike. While that wasnt much(he practically sold it to me at cost.) He fought with the credit company to get me the lowest rate possible. While my credit wasnt good enough for the 2% financing he spent a good 30 minutes on the phone arguing with HSBC. When he came back they had agreed to the 2% financing and a couple more hundred off the price of the bike due to the financing deal they were offering at the time. Fast forward a few months and it was time for my first real service. I brought the bike in, everything was fine, Dan did his thing. When he was done he pulled me aside to let me know I was using too much lube on the chain as it was flicking onto the lip of the tire. Gave me some pointers, cleaned it off, lubed in it front of me so I knew how much to put on, and that was that. I tried a couple places for service for the next few to try and save some coin but it was usually only a few bucks cheaper than Simi and didnt have customer discounts or clean and orderly work areas when they work on the bikes. Dan knows what hes doing when hes at work. Hes been doing this for quite a long time and doesnt bullshit. Its pretty obvious that Jimmy loves his job and working with people, he doesnt try to talk you into buying crap you dont need but still knows how to make a sale. I no longer have a Kawasaki bike but I keep coming back for service and parts on my Suzuki because I love the people and the work they do.

I have been riding since 1982 and have owned Kawasaki and Harley over the years. Yes, there are other companies in the Los Angeles metropolitan area who are “Kawasaki Dealers” and will play games like quoting one price to drag you out to their dealership. Then “Add on the surcharges” so they can force you into a higher price and of course they have “Their financing”. Then there are other “Kawasaki Dealers” who will draw out the purchase process as if you were buying a car because “You need to see the Finance and Insurance representative before you can take possession of the bike.” Both of these types of dealers want nothing more then to pump out sales as if you were at a drive-through window at the local burger joint. But the fact remains you have a choice in the land of smoke and mirrors, you can go to the local “Kawasaki Dealer” aka knuckleheads are us. Or you can use some common sense and simply spend your time at a legitimate Kawasaki dealer who knows the bikes, sells the bikes, and knows clearly how to maintain and repair the bikes. Merely a word to the wise however I am servicing my bike here and shall continue to do so for a very long time…

John was one of the most amazingly humble people Ive encountered. Even though I was a first-time motorcycle rider, I wasnt being offered an unreasonably marked up price that I would have to negotiate with. From the first phone call to the time he dropped off the bike, I felt secure and lucky to be dealing with an honest, hard-working, down-to-earth person like John. After the bike was dropped off, he patiently waited for me to inspect and be satisfied with everything, and offered to answer any questions I might have at the time. He even gave me tips on how I should start off as a first-time rider, having gone out of his way to point out the nearby neighborhood where I could practice riding the bike. I felt like the deal was incredibly fair and smooth, and if I could buy more bikes or get services done, I would not go anywhere else on earth but this location. I had the most wonderful experience dealing with buying a motorcycle. Forget all the internet tips on how to haggle with the motorcycle price, and forget how you should prepare yourself if you dont want to get ripped off. If you want a bike, dont go anywhere else and end up wasting your time.

Painless buying experience. John, the owner, was very informed, low-key and no pressure. Talked to me about my bike choices (Vulcan S Cafe or a Versys) and was patient and friendly. Offered me a very fair deal on my trade in and a good price on the bike I chose (the Vulcan). I was happy with the service so I went ahead and ordered a bunch of new parts for the bike through them. The shop itself is small without a lot of inventory but they carry the major Kawasaki bikes of interest in at least a couple of varieties. Very clean shop and workshop! Will happily give these guys my service.
