SHADY! CROOKED! LIARS! When I purchased a 2006 GMC Envoy from Elite Auto on 9/17/2014, their website list the vehicle at $10, 231, however my finance paperwork lists the purchase price as $10,866.47. I have inquired on this issue multiple times, in addition to mechanical issues with the vehicle. This purchase has been an absolute nightmare, two days after the purchase, it broke down in their parking lot, wouldnt start, then, reoccurring issues with the engine light coming on, multiple trips to the "Chevy Dealership", everything was suppose to be resolved, two days later the engine began tapping, took the vehicle back again, at this point, since the purchase, I had only had the vehicle in my possession a total of 7 days. Now they said it needed a new motor and they would make it right and provide a one year warranty, it took 37 days to get the vehicle back, including at least a dozen of phone calls, messages, texts, most of which went unanswered or simply ignored. When I got the vehicle back on 11/17/2014, the mechanic told me, that he changed the rods, they told me a new motor was needed, but then didnt do it. We get about a week of use of the vehicle this time and the key stuck in the ignition sporadically, at this point I am done with this dealership, of several rounds of trouble shooting, we find that the solenoid shield wasnt tightened during the rod repair, this wasnt found until the truck broke down on three separate occasions and had to be towed home. A week later, I here dripping after I park the vehicle, notice there are three areas leaking, upon further inspections, we find it is oil, the oil filter that was put on the vehicle during the rod repair at Elite was USED and only hand tightened. Throughout all of this, I was without this vehicle for approximately 6 weeks, of which my auto insurance was $250 more than normal per month for a total of $375, the dealership in turn gave me a loaner parts of the time that my vehicle was in for repair, which my insurance would have covered, without the additional cost of the Envoy, for each loaner that they gave me, they registered those vehicles with the DMV in my name, which does not seem right, as I did not own those vehicles.

They not only threatened me but assaulted me and lied! They told me I would get my down payment back once I returned the car. Seth at the dealership blocked my car in and tried to reach in and take the keys out of the ignition while I was in the car. The keys cut my finger because of the struggle with a man! Im a woman, I was a afraid he was going to hit me!! Then Mike (finance) and Richard (salesman) came out and surrounded the car! I was so scared and ran out of the car to my ride that was waiting for me. Seth told me "I lied to get the car back", they had no intentions of giving me back my down payment! I am filing a BBB complaint and also going to insist the state look into their license and their practices! They prey on people who have no other place to go to get a car! They were nice people at first but they turned into the devil once my financing didnt go through. Im still in shock and shaken by this entire deal! I called Glendale police and the officer told me he was at this dealership a couple days ago for a dispute with a customer and that he had been there at least half a dozen times!!! No matter what the car is and how easy they seem they can make it dont trust them, please! Do the research for yourself, just call the Glendale police or look up their reviews on yelp and Google! Then also call the BBB! Youll see for yourself, all of these complaints are not from unhappy customers! They told me to lie to the finance company so whos really the fraud?? They coached me on how to lie to the finance company and exactly what to say when they called me. Stay tuned because this will be good, the players will be Josh- the fake repo man, Seth- possibly the money guy, ohhh Mike- you hung up the phone on me, thats rude! And lets not forget Richard who told me because my deal didnt go through he would not be receiving his commission!!! Oh this one is good!

Being a former car salesman for a large dealership in Vegas/Flagstaff my expectations may perhaps be a little bias/set a bit high. I went down and drove 100 miles from Northern AZ, to come check out a nice truck they have. Was told over the phone its mechanically sound, and good to go. I get there and am greeted by a salesman(dressed like he was on days off, casual as can be, WAIT EVERYONE there was dressed like that, not too presentable, nor professional!). Usually, you are greeted with someone that has knowledge, and cares to build a bit of repore with their customer. Not here. Started up the truck(It was a newer one, say 11 years old) had a missfire, front rotors were worn down/dished a bit(Safety item? YEP!) and he said there was nothing that could be done about that, in addition to a significant exhaust leak. Seems to be a hurry up and get that car on the lot to make a few bucks kinda dealership. Definitely would not recommend.

When my mother and I first went truck hunting for my husband, I was disappointed faster than I anticipated.. But then after visiting and having no luck at 4 different dealerships, we came across elite auto financings Mail in scratch off ticket. My mother and I decided we would try this one last place and exhaust our efforts if we had no luck. Fortunately Mike was super patient with us while looking through inventory, he was really friendly and funny- which made us feel right at home! We almost thought there was nothing for us there in our budget but they didnt give up on us.. We finally found something within what we wanted, and at a better price than expected thanks to Anthony, the finance manager. He was really re assuring that he could get us a good deal, low and behold he did! A great one that I couldnt be happier with. Im so glad we decided to visit this one last place because the time spent and out come was well worth it!

ELITE AUTO FINANCING has to be the most corrupt and unprofessional business in the world!! Fortunately, my experience with ELITE AUTO FINANCING ended prior to me actually purchasing a car from them----THANK GOD!! Actually the fact that my experience was so bad really was a blessing in disguise, because I am absolutely certain that I would have regretted anything I bought from them. And I was able to draw this conclusion solely from my car shopping experience (see below for a detailed account). ELITE AUTO FINANCING is absolutely the most unprofessional and corrupt business I have ever experienced. PLEASE let my and the other stories described here be enough for you and do yourself a favor-----DO NOT purchase even a stick of gum from this place, much less a vehicle.
