The absolute best running store! I had purchased a pair of shoes from here about a year ago. We were only daytripping in Memphis, and we got to Breakaway just 15 minutes before closing. They were still super helpful, and I was able to get my new pair of glycerins to finish up marathon training. Now that we live in Memphis, we have enjoyed being part of their marathon training runs and events! Great people!

I hope every runner that comes through Memphis gets a chance to participate in a group run & chit-chat w/ owner BR. Thursday is the new Friday! Because Thur. means seeing our friends at the Tour De Midtown group run.

Went in here a couple of weeks back needing to replace my banged up shoes. I was helped within seconds of coming through the door, and they helped me figure out what shoes I needed for my over-pronation. (Which I didnt know I had) Great store and great people, Ill be back here for all of my shoe needs.
