I had a 4.5 horse mercury motor repaired here. The service manager called and asked if i wanted a new impeller on the motor and i told him to go ahead an d replace it to make the motor right so my dad and son and i could go out reliably.it sat in my barn for awhile before we finally for it out in the water. We put it on the boat started it up and it ran for 30-40 seconds before it stopped making us paddle back. I found chunks of rubber coming out of the impeller hole. I took the motor back to clark motor and the called a few days later saying the impeller was burned up. And that someone had installed a differnt impeller on the motor after they had worked on it. They said the impeller brand was a sierra that they do not even carry. These guys are a bunch of crooks who did poor work with the wrong parts and wont stand behind their work. I do not recommend clarck boat and motor for any repairs. Tim the service manager was very rude. I will never take anything there again and will be filing a small claims case to try and get my money back. Thumbs down..

This is a fantastic locally owned business. I had a few questions and needed some help on a small issue that would have been a big job for me. A lot of shops would have dismissed a customer like me, but they helped immediately and did a great job. This is a place that provides true customer service and has a vested interest in taking care of people in their community. When the day comes that I am ready to invest in a new boat I will go to Clark Boat and Motor.

Great customer service. This place is family owned and a great place to find boogey boards, tubes, life vests, boats and parts. I do believe they may be having fishing equipment soon. Stop by soon.having
