Stay away. They are crooks. Hard time returning items. They treat you like you dont belong.. I use to go because it was convenient but stopped. Theres a nasty old lady would just be so rude all the time. She literally screamed at another customer calling him an Fn idiot in front of other customers.. RUDE! And if you ask a question, they look at you like you have 3 heads. They have old outdated tools on shelves that are priced equivalent to todays prices for modern tools. Most reviewers on this page are good friends and family of the owners..

As a person of color they treated me as if I was beneath them. I was cordial and polite even though I did not receive the same respect back. One guy was very helpful though I appreciate that, but the older lady was rude didnt greet me when I said hello didnt talk to me directly. Im assuming they must be Trump supporter with the level of discontent that I was shopping there

They always seem to have the odd part that I need and the big box stores dont carry. I even had an employee let me borrow a tool from the back of his truck to save the cost of buying a whole other tool, which I would have used for 5 minutes and never used again. Thats customer service!

Great customer service. Quality products. Good selection, especially considering its size. Save yourself a trip to Home Depot -- with the miles of walking hunting down a clueless employee who unwittingly sells you a piece of junk -- and just go to ACE.
